Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Shuttering for soffits of RCC Column,beams ,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.Sangles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cmc/c ) and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to13 cm dia (spaced of 75 cm C/C) complying with standard specification and directed - 10 m 2 (P & D)Data 38

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement,one and half M.sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curingetc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position RTS rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors complete complying with standard specification

Precast Solid Blocks Masonry in CM 1:4 (One Cement & Four Sand) Using walls of size 400mm x 200mm x 200mm including finishing, curingetc., complete complyingwith standard specification - 100 CFT

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand by volume) 12mm thick for all internal/external surfaces like super structure, rainwater, ducts, elevation in all floors complying with standard specifications.

Painting with First Quality Emulsion paint two coat including cleaning, scrapping, removal of dust and necessary plaster of paris putty works wherever required etc., complete.

Supplying and Fixing of barbed wire fencing using stone size of 0.15x0.15 to an of 2.10m below 0.60m and above 1.80 with necessary support and barbed wire - 10 gauge 2 ply 4 pronged (Galvinised) of 5 row horizontally and 6 nos vertically to ht. of 1.85m to 0.40, 2.4m C/c for 10 Rmtr including earth work, CC 1:2:4 mix tying the wire with 7 nos size 0.15x0.15x2.10

Painting two coats over New iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved best quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of ms angle Truss and Door including cost and all accessories etc.,complete.
