Supply and fixing FRP cable junction boxes of size 155 x 210 x 92 mm, with five way connector (Heavy duty) terminals for 10 - 16 sq mm, 1100V cable, IP 66, weather proof, outdoor installation type with threaded cable glands & pole mounting brackets with one SP MCB 6 Amps etc complete all as specified & directed.

M &L 2.5 Sqmm, 3 Core Black PVC Insulated Single strand solid Aluminium conductor round service cable 1100V for connection from loop /junction box to street light / security light drawn through PVC conduit with necessary clamping with necessary clamps etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of RCC pole, 7.5 m approx above ground level with one coat of cement based paint over a coat of primer on plaster/ cement surfaces & one coat of white colour anti algae or fungal paint over a coat of primer on plaster/ cement surfaces (rest of part of the pole) of any description including preparation of old painted surfaces and steel bracket to be painted with two coat of aluminium paint (second coat of paint to be carried out one day later after the first coat), over a coat of red oxide primer and writing pole number complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Anti Fungal/ Algae Paint to be of Apex of Asian Paint or Weather Coat of Berger or equivalent to Dulux/ Nerolac.

M&L for painting of steel tubular swaged pole, 7.5 m approx above ground level incl bracket, clamp etc with two coats of sky blue enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer upto 1.5 m from the ground level and above 1.5m from ground level and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer of any description including preparation of old painted surfaces and writing pole number complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for painting of steel tubular swaged swan neck pole, 7.5 m approx above ground level incl bracket, clamp etc with two coats of sky blue synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer upto 1.5 m from the ground level and one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces on rest of part of the pole of any description including preparation of old painted surfaces and writing pole number complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for painting of steel tubular swaged pole, 9.1 m approx above ground level incl angle, clamp etc with two coats of sky blue synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer (upto 1.5 m from the ground level) and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer (rest part of the pole) of any description including preparation of old painted surfaces and writing pole number complete all as specified & directed.

M&L GI tubes 15 mm bore light grade with all fittings laid in trenches/ wall/ pole through MS flat (25X3 mm), nut, bolt & washers [ where ever reqd ] of proper sizes for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hot dip galvanised (as per BS EN ISO 1461 1991) brackets of 40 mm dia (medium grade), 1.5 m long for fixing LED type street light luminaires, fixing it to pole through MS Clamp, nut, bolt & washers incl taking down old one complete all as specified and directed. Note: Any welding works related to bracket should be carried out at the factory premises of the manufacturers
