HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES FOR OFFICE BUILDING:

Housekeeping Services - 1st Year:

Charges for providing Mechanized and manual housekeeping services at various buildings / areas given in the scope services (in all four zones) in Shift and General Shift working hours by deploying requisite labour force, equipments, machineries, supervision, and execution of the various activities mentioned in the scope of the contract including operation of the machinery, appliances / tools, etc complete as per scope of work, specifications and directions of Engineer- In-Charge.

Supply and transportation Charges for Cleaning Aids and Toiletries / consumables required on monthly basis as given in the Scope of Services. This shall include contractor's charges for procurement, storage and usage of cleaning Aides and Toiletries.

Monthly Hire Charges towards the Machineries / Tools / Appliances ( in all the four zones) to carry out the Mechanized housekeeping as given in the scope services. The hire charges shall be inclusive of transportation, storage, operations and maintenance of the the machine etc all complete.

Charges towards provision of Housekeeping services on Sundays/ Company declared holidays/ National holidays like Republic days/ Independance day. It includes deploying 15 unskilled/ 2 semi-skilled / 1 supervisor on per day basis for various office buildings/ control rooms mentioned in the scope of services. For labours deployed more/less than the specified numbers, payment will be made on the prorata basis.

Housekeeping Services - 2nd Year:

Machine Deployment - Need Basis:

Hire charges towards supply of Heavy duty diesel operated Ride On Road cleaning machine to carry out the road cleaning work inside CPCL refinery premises as and when required and as instructed by CPCL EIC. The specification of machine includes, Brush width: 500-700mm, Working width: 1500-1700mm, Central broom length: 1200-1500 mm, Dirt container volume: 600 lit-700 lit, Dumping height: 1400-1500 mm, Covergae area: 16000-18000 m2/hr. The ride on heavy duty sweeper machine shall of make Roots Multiclean ltd, COSMAC India, IP cleaning India Pvt ltd, Dulevo India Pvt ltd, or equivalent. The hire charges shall be inclusive of transportation, storage, operations and maintenance of the the machine etc all complete.

Supply of Consumables on Need Basis: "Note: Please refer the separate sheet attachmend with the Special conditions of Contract wherein the photo details of consumables/ tools are mentioned for giving better idea to the bidders for quotation purpose."

Supplying, transporting wooden sticks of min. 5" length (treaded type) to be used as cotton floor mop holder

Supplying, transporting dust/dry mops of apprx. Width of 18 inch width along with aluminimum stick of min. 5" length

Supplying, transporting of Wash basin Hand brush- PVC

Supplying, transporting of double hockey toilet brush - PVC of approximate 1.5 feet length

Supplying, transporting of plastic floor wiper of approximate 24 inch width

Supplying, transporting dust pans with levellers of approximate 10 inch width

Supplying, transporting Road cleaning brush of 12 inch width provided with hard PVC bristtles and 5' length wooden rod

Supplying, transporting hand Glass wiper of with toughened hard rubber wiper of approximate 10 inch width
