Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work up to plinth level:- 1:4:8 One Cement isto four coarse sand isto eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty milimeter) nominal size) is all leads i/c carrige of materials and entire satisfaction of E-in-Charge. including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position including cost of binding wire all complete above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundations footing, bases of columns, etc for mass concrete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (one cement isto 1.5 (one point five) coarse sand isto three graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3 (One cement isto 1.5 one point five coarse sand isto three graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (one hundred meter) (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. With G.I. barbed wire, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.
