Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils except in hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m inclusive of shoring, shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary, refilling the foundation with excavated earth other than sandy soil in layers of not more than 150mm thick layers well rammed and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in place shown by the departmental officers and clearing and levelling the site etc,. complete.

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 [one cement, four M-sand and eight course aggregates] using 40mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 [one cement, two M-sand and four course aggregates] using 20mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for soffits of plane surfaces like RCC Slabs, Lintels, Sunshades, Square Columns, Staircase waists, Beams etc., including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm c/c) etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild Steel or Ribbed Tor steel bars for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3 [one cement, one and half M-Sand and three course aggregates] using 20mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly for all RCC items of works excluding centering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement, including curing, fixing fan clamp and fixtures if necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position of Reinforced Cement Concrete Posts of size 0.10m x 0.10m @ top and 0.15m x 0.15m at bottom to a height of 2.40m made in RCC 1:2:4 mix [one cement two M-sand and four aggregates] using 20mm metal, steel reinforcement using 4 Nos of 10mm dia main rods and 8mm dia stirrups at 110mm c/c spacing including cost of moulding etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing fencing with Chain link - 2" x 2" using 10 gauge G.I wire (of all sizes) including the cost of G.I binding wire and cost of labour for fixing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of Galvanised Barbed Wire of 2 ply and 4 pronged of 10 gauge including necessary cutting, tying, bending, cost of binding wire etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supply and fixing of M.S Gates of required size suitable to site condition with one coat of red oxide with primer including all costs such as welding, grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc., complete as per standard specification.
