Material and labour for repairing/servicing the 3 phase 415V Electric induction motor and centrifugal pump coupled type by carefully disconnecting the connection cables and earthings, dismantling motor and pump assembly from the base frame after disconnection of electric, water supply connections both side (suction and discharge side) and fixing of dummy plates as per site requirement. Removing side covers, servicing, greasing, changing of defective minor parts and re-assembling, testing, preparing the surfaces of the motor and pump for painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and commissioning the motor and pump of capacity 40 HP to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) The rate of transportation from site to workshop and back is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contactor. (ii) The rent of T&P for handling the pump motor assembly during dismantling and refixing is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contatcor.
