(A) REPAIR & RENOVATION OF VARIOUS RATINGS APFC PANELS 1 Dismantling of defective capacitor units from the APFC panel after suitably discharging the left-over charge on capacitors to ensure safety of the working persons along with dismantling of Capacitors, APFC relay, indications lights, meters, A/M switches, MCCBs including dismantling of terminations and existing hardware and rusted parts and various other items requiring change in the panel as required at site.

Replacement of defective Super Heavy Duty Capacitor units of various capacities with new capacitor units, rated at 440 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz system complete with terminal cover, cable end entry, mounting structure and hardware etc. -Make Standard

Banking of capacitors of various capacities with multistrand copper wires & lugs /aluminium bus bars and mounting arrangement for parallel connection to form suitable rating capacitor bank.

Replacement of defective capacitor duty contactors suitable for 25 KVAr capacitor with new capacitor duty contactor. Make Standard/EPCOS

Replacement of defective capacitor duty contactors suitable for 20 KVAr capacitor with new capacitor duty contactor. Make Standard/EPCOS

Supply of defective triple pole MCCB of 200A capacity with new MCCB for operation and safety of capacitor bank - make Standard/L&T

Replacement of defective triple pole MCB of 63 A capacity with new MCB for operation and safety of individual capacitor bank - make L&T/EPCOS/Standard

Replacement of defective/burnt out LED indication lights of various colours with new indication lights, make -Standard/L&T

Supply of panel locks to replace defective panel locks for proper locking of panel doors to avoid ingress of moisture and prevention of dust & vermin.

Replacement of defective APFC relay, with new microprocessor based APFC Relay having digital display of power factor and other parameters to sense power factor through control CT and give phased impulses to contactor coils for switching ON-OFF required number of capacitors as per requirement to achieve target power factor. Make Standard

Programming of APFC relay for target power factor including setting of various parameters and keeping updated indications of the efficiency of electrical power usage, and improving it for reducing the power losses and avoid penalties from utility companies.

Installation of all above components in the existing capacitor banks with suitable fabrication work to accommodate new items in the existing enclosure / structure for alignment of components and ease of termination, complete with hardware on the mounting structure and termination of existing cables with lugs, tapes etc. complete with earthing of the capacitor banks, touching the rusted parts of the panel structure with paint for protection from moisture etc. as required at site.

Servicing of APFC panels including complete dusting of the panel, cleaning of contact points, Decarbonising of joints, alignment of doors, checking of all nuts & bolts, control circuit and power circuit wiring dressing and renovation of control and power terminations etc. as required at site

Testing & Commissioning of complete APFC Panel installation including following: 01. Meggering of complete capacitor installation using 500V megger 02. Continuity test for checking continuity of all circuits to ensure that all circuits are properly wired. 03. Checking function and efficiency of various components of APFC panel

(B) REPAIR & RENOVATION OF STATIC CAPACITOR BANK OF TRANFORMER 1 Checking of capacitors and dismantling of defective capacitors from static capacitor banks including dismantling of terminations, wirings ,hardware , as required at site

Supply of Super Heavy-duty capacitors of various capacities rated at 440V, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC complete with terminal cover and discharge device for replacement of defective capacitors of static capacitor banks -make standard

Banking of capacitors of various capacities with multistrand copper wires & lugs /aluminium bus bars and mounting arrangement for parallel connection to form suitable rating capacitor bank.

Installation of all above components in the existing capacitor banks with suitable fabrication work to accommodate new items in the existing enclosure / structure for alignment of components and ease of termination, complete with hardware on the mounting structure and termination of existing cables with lugs, tapes etc. complete with earthing of the capacitor banks, touching the rusted parts of the panel structure with paint for protection from moisture etc. as required at site

Servicing & commissioning of static capacitor banks including complete dusting, tightening of all connections, cleaning of electrical terminations, megger testing and re-commissioning of capacitor banks
