Earthing of substation --Excavation of earth pit of dia 650 mm & depth 3000 mm, installation of Earthing pipe of 40 mm Nominal bore & 4mm wall thickness & length 2.5 mtr long as Per IS 1239.GI Strip for neutral earthing of size 25 mm x 3 mm for connection of transformer body,G.O Set & lightening arrestor as per IS 2629/85, GI nuts & bolts,refilled with earth enhancement materials and earth Chamber made of brick masonary with RCC slab cover. ( 3 Nos for Sub Station, 01 no. for CT/PT Unit and 1No. for Distribution Box)

Fabrication,supplying ,testing and commissioning of LT panel (1600(W)X1050(H)X325(D)) made of 2mm thick M S sheet with main frame made of angle iron with provisions for fixing the following: 1. 1 No. incomer MCCB (1000Amp) 2. 2 No MCCB (630 Amp) outgoing 3. Aluminium Bus bar of suitable size for three phases and neutral. The LT distribution panel shall include removable cable gland plates and cable glands suitable for 400 mm2 incomer (double circuit) and outgoing cable fixed at the bottom of the panel. The LT panel should have two doors in the front and the doors should be hintched properly to the frame with locking arrangement. The roof of the distribution panel should be in the form of canopy.

Erection of Chain Link Mesh fencing of dimension 8'X8'X4' with angle supports and door(complete Job)
