Taking down carefully centrifugal pump set 73 HP by disconnecting the pump from motor after unscrewing nuts/ bolts of coupling, foundation, inlet, delivery pipes and shifting of pump to workshop for repair/ servicing, comprising strip opening of pump, replacement of any defective parts, re-assembling and shifting from workshop to site, re-installation at location as directed by Engr-in-Charge, testing on load, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply of spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items here-in-after. Make of Pumps: Kirloskar or any make as per site.

Supply only of pump shaft sleeve made of gun metal suitable for 73 HP motor pump as per manufacturer's design complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only of pump set bearing housing DE/NDE of CI grade FG 210 suitable for 73 HP motor pump as per manufacturer's design complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only of motor pump coupling of suitable size, pin and bush type complete with bush nut, bolts etc suitable for 73 HP motor pump incl boring as per shaft size as per manufacturer's design complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only of ball bearing (roller/ thrust/ any other type) DE/NDE suitable for 73 HP motor pump as per manufacturer's design complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only of bronze impeller suitable for 73 HP pump all as per manufacturer's design as per staging and eye of the impeller complete all as per specified and directed.

Taking down defective electric motor, squirrel cage type of any make, from base plate after unscrewing nuts, bolts of foundation/ coupling, 3 phase, 415/440 volts, 50 Hz, AC of capacity 73 HP shifting the same to workshop, strip opening after un-screwing nuts, bolts/ screws etc. taking out rotor from stator, cutting and taking out burnt winding carefully from the stator, cleaning of slots, rewinding of stator with super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate size matching with manufacturer's design including replacement of all insulating materials such as glass paper, leathered paper, PVC insulated copper conductor wire connection leads of appropriate size with sleeves of suitable size upto terminal connection box, varnishing, drying up, re-assembling, refixing and re-installation at site complete and testing on load complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Required T & P such as chain pulley block and transportation shall be contractor's responsibility and quoted rate shall deemed to inculde the same. (ii) Repair shall be carried out from the workshop as approved by GE. (iii) After assembling, rewinded motor shall be checked for no load current and full load current, testing on full load for 6 hrs.

Taking out open well type 0.5 to 2 HP, 3 phase, submersible motor pumpset after dis-connecting the electric connections, shifting the same to workshop for repair, shifting back to site after repair, re-fixing at site, replacement of rubber washers, fixing of nuts, bolts, washers, servicing and refixing electrical connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Strip opening of open well type submersible motor of capacity 0.5 to 2 HP, 3 phase, taking out burnt winding carefully, cleaning of slots, rewinding with PVC insulated copper cable of appropriate size matching with manufacturer's design including replacement of all insulating materials such as glass paper, insulated sleeves, varnishing, drying up as applicable, re-assembling complete all as specified and as directed.
