Taking down old unserviceable split air conditioner of any make/capacity complete incl indoor/outdoor unit with accessories etc complete from the existing wall/surface and depositing to MES E/M store complete all as specified and directed

Taking down of old /unserviceable /faulty submain wiring any size with PVC conduit copper wires complete all as specified and directed

Taking down of old/ /unserviceable /faulty sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top and neutral enclosure complete all as specified and directed

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of hi wall mounting air cooled inverter split type Air conditioner units complete with cordless LCD remote control unit and with turbo cool, stabilizer free operation,energy saver,anti corrosive blue fins for protection in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with 5 star rating and the out door unit will be fixed in open space with proper foundation or on wall with proper fixing/supporting stand arrangements including 3 mtr suction & discharge refrigerant copper pipe line with high EER complete all as specified and directed (Make BLUE STAR Model no-DNU or techno commercially equivalent model in Voltas/Carrier/Hitachi) of following capacity :-

M&L for sub main wiring with 4.00 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, two single core, 1100 volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 4 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH copper conductor cable drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC concealed conduit 25mm dia, medium grade with all conduit accessories and connected to common earth dolly with suitable copper lugs including all cutting / chases etc in stone/ brick masonary/ walls and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all specified & directed. (Note : One run of earth continuity conductor, one run of PVC Conduit and two runs of copper conductor shall be together taken as one length for measuring unit length)

All as per item No 8.00 but for 2 x 6.0 Sqmm for phase & neutral and 1 x 6.0 Sqmm for continuous earth wire in 20 mm PVC conduit complete all specified & directed.

M&L for cutting of existing stone masonry wall for crossing the suction, discharge pipe line and electric line connection of split type Air conditioner and after the connection necessary cement work will be provided for making the surface as good complete all as specified and directed.
