Repair/maintanance of exhaust fan (of any sweep) by replacing unserviceable capacitor/ tightening the loose connections if any including testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Capacitor will be measured & paid under relavent item here-in-after)

Repair/maintanance of wall mounted fan/ pedestal fan (of any sweep) by replacing unserviceable capacitor/ tightening the loose connections if any including testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:Capacitor will be measured & paid under relavent item here-in-after)

Taking down of AC ceiling fan of any sweep and opening the fan and oiling, greasing , rewinding of coil and replacement of unserviceable accessories and servicing, complete overhauling and re-assembling and testing complete by hanging in position as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.(Note: Ball Bearing will be measured & paid under relavent item here-in-after)

Taking down of Exhaust fan of any sweep and opening the fan and oiling, greasing , rewinding of coil and replacement of unserviceable accessories and servicing, complete overhauling and re-assembling and testing complete by hanging in position as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.(Note: Accessories will be measured & paid under relavent item here-in-after)

Taking down of wall mounting/Pedestal fan of any sweep opening the fan and oiling, greasing , rewinding of coil and replacement of unserviceable accessories and servicing, complete overhauling and re-assembling and testing complete by hanging in position as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.(Note: Accessories will be measured & paid under relavent item here-in-after)

Supply & Fixing in repair MS clamp made of flat iron size 25 x 6 mm including nuts, bolts and 'S' hook complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing of down rod heavy duty 20 mm bore for hanging of ceiling fan and fixing complete including joist of suitable size, bolts & nuts, washers, 2 nos rubber insulator including drilling hole as required all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix ceiling fan complete 230 V,1200 mm sweep.complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make; BAJAJ/PHILIPS/ USHA.

Repair/maintanance of voltage stabilizer of any size and capacity by replacing unserviceable parts, tightening the loose connections if any including testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Distribution board enclosures cubical weather and vermin proof totally enclosed made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet machine pressed of suitable size to operate on 3 phase 8 wire system 415 Volts, 50HZ double door with front openable and PVC acrulic glass cover suitable size for checking of meter reading without opening door with locking arrangement incl inner shutters for mounting switch gear etc, suitable arrangement for fixing of electrical meter and SPN 40 to 63 Amp including pre wiring from Bus bar to Meter and Meter to MCB SPN (for pre wiring use 6.00 Sqmm Single core copper cable and suitable size of lugs for connecting from Busbar to meter and meter to MCB SPN)including bottom gland plate with sufficient numbers of circular cable entry holes, including prewired complete all as per drawing. The cost of the mounting of panel on MS Angle or PCC pedestal(foundation) required as per site is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the item. The panel will comprise of the following.
