Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with kiln burnt bricks built in cm (1:6) using sub class 'B' bricks of compressive strength not less than 35 Kg/Sqcm straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius with old size bricks all shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone walls etc including raking out joint, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on walls, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on external surfaces of walls & top surfaces of chajja/roof/ceiling mixed with and including liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers' instuction, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50 mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection with fair finished complete. Note : Joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC shall be provided at every 3 meters and at every change of direction and shall be filled with mixture of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight. Cost of this provision shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate for concrete in plinth protection.

Material and laour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in fdn, surface channel,cills copings, bed plate, plinth courses, roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate). 25mm thick in floor, surface finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding etc (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coloured Non Skid ceramic jointless tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) are of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n. Exc. 0.18 Sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
