M&L for 15mm thick cement screed in CM 1:3 admixed with integral water proofing compound FOSROC’s conplast X 421 IC or Equivalent @ 130ml per bag of cement incl a bonding coat of FOSROC”s Nito bond AR or Equivalent @ 200ml per bag of cement complete all as specified and directed and make approved by Engr-in-charge/GE.

M & L for applying two coat of undiluted thick coat of acrlic reinforcement liquid applied elastorneric water proofing membrane with UV resistance properties and solar refective properties over one coat of primer (1:3, Dilution:water) Note: Every each coat gap between 6 hrs) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of roof surface & applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen primer 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm including APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced wih polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application, joints to be touched hot and width of overlaps not be less than 150 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic any coloured / printed tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular ) area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm as in floor of shade & designed as approved by GE,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement with colour pigment to match the colour of tiles,over15 mm thick rendering as screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) in floors, incl dismantling / demolition and rubbish off the primises etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 37 here in before but area of each tile exe 0.11 sqm but n.exe 0.18 sqm, in floors & dado etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured/printed / dark tiles size 300x200mm x7mm thick on vertical surface in wall, skirting /dado ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles, 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of concrete surface of verticle in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete, shade & design as approved by EIC/GE, incl dismantling and rubbish off the primises etc all as specified and directed.

All as per item 39 here in before but area tiles of size exc 0.09sqm but n.exc 0.16 sqm on vertical surface in wall, skirting /dado etc.

M&L, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on of brick work or concrete surface finish ever and smooth (w/o using extra cement) incl taking down old plaster on brick or stone walls ,scrubing down with water etc & dispose off debris where directed by EIC, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on of brick work or concrete surface finish ever and smooth (w/o using extra cement) incl taking down old plaster on brick or stone walls ,scrubing down with water etc & dispose off debris where directed by EIC, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (WPC shall be measuared seperatly and @ 200ML for 50kg cement bags or as per manufacturer's instructions).

M&L, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on of brick work or concrete surface finish ever and smooth (w/o using extra cement) incl WPC as per user manual complete all as specified and directed. (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

Supply only liquid WPC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 over concrete surface as on ceiling finish even and smooth w/o using extra cement incl taking down old plaster on ceiling ,scrubing down with water etc & dispose off debris where directed by EIC, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairing of RCC projection, chajjas, facia,bands, shelves, beams, RCC railing, balcony and similar works by dismantling of loose/ disintegrated portion RCC at any height and in any sitution floor (including provn of support, formwork and welding of reinforcement if required with wire mesh of weight 3 kg/ sqm and dubbing/ filling with PCC (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded aggregate,15 to 25 mm thick after applying cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm, finished even and smooth to desired shape and applying two coats of wheater proof emulsion paint to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks (old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete incl demolition of brickwork /stone built in cement mortar etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item 47 here in before but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size brick) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half bricks thick walls, built in CM 1:4 complete incl demolition of brickwork /stone built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on brick Work or concrete surfaces including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of oil bound distemper by spray machine over one coat of primer on new plasterd surfaces of walls, pillars cornces etc incl prepartion of new plastered surfaces through electrical operated grinder complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paints over one coat of primer on walls etc, incl preparing new surfaces of walls by brooming down or by steel wire brushing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of Acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation of newly plasterd or previously untreated surfaces of walls, pillars cornces etc through electrical operated grinder complete all as specified and directed. Note : Colour and make as approved by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for three coat of white wash incl preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm agg.) in plinth protection, path and paving incl demolition and rubbish off the primises complete as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel box type ventilator fixed type with glazing bar with mesh & glass as per drg No. CEJZ/TD-06/07 dt 07.06.07 incl 12mm square guard bar 10cm c/c and two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coast of primer including taking down old steel ventelator and making good dismantled portion with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 including hold fast PCC (four No’s for Each window) & around required plaster in CM 1:4 and match with existing finishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair for 3mm thick, sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in squares each pane fixed with oil putty or beads and incl hacking out glass old complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing Shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m in same opening after repair including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be convered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvant cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert of top rail and bottom rail; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and raials with suitabale PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvant cement, fixing in the frame at side as per specification and drawing incl taking down old Chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. using jute brush from inside & outside of 250 litre to 500 litre capacity PVC water tanks and from mouths of connected pipes, removing the scale and dirt etc. to a distance of not exceeding 500 metre, washing the tanks with water, cleaning the connecting pipes with bleaching powder solution and finally applying 2% potassium permanganate solution for disinfection, marking with white paint on tank ‘Date of cleaning the tank ’, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.
