Stone Kharanja: Random rubble dry stone kharanja under floor

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, making of lines or groove etc complete but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc Complete 75mm thick with 20mm thick nominal size aggregate.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing 1st quality standard white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades glazed tiles confirming to code IS : 15622 of size 200mm x 300mm in walls, floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (excluding the cost of cement plaster on walls and pillar).

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide.

Providing and fixing 1st quality MAT finished ceremic tile size 300x300mm confirming to IS : 13755 and IS : 15622 colour such as white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades in floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (including the cost of cement mortar bed 1:4).

Door Frames : P & F T- iron frames for doors , windows and ventilators of mild steel , Tee section joints mitred and welded with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete blocks 15x10x10 cm of 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 fine sand6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size:) or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required including fixing of necessary butt hinged and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer

Providing and fixing Square bars or other flat welded to window, ventilatiors etc.12MM DIA

Providing and applying white cement based putty over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete New Plastered Surface (three or more coats)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding:New work (two or more coats) over and including scrapping and priming coat with cement primer

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm ).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Copping: Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 Course sand: 4 Greded stone aggregate) finishing with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, making of lines or groove etc. complete but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete : 40mm thick with 20mm thick nominal size aggregate.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) Light shade using shade cement.P

Construction of Tube well upto 100 meter depth and above in all type of rocks by DTH system and over burden, to accommodate casing pipe of following sizes in all types of soils and over burden including lowering of casing pipes, but excluding cost of casing pipes as per IS : after obtaining sand free water. The tube well should have a throughout bore as per nominal dia of casing pipe.

Development of tube well as per ISI specification using suitable compressor to give free water for required yield of the gravel packed tube well.

Supply fo ERW M.S. black casing pipe ISI marked ( IS : 4270/1992) of grade Fe410 of following sizes at site of work. Nominal bore of pipe (mm)

Testing verticality of tube well by plumbing system and yield test and draw test by pumping system as per IS : 2800 (Part II) 1979.

S & F tube well cover fo M.S. sheet (6mm thick) with nuts and bolts complete for size.

S & F M.S. Clamp, set of 50 X6 mm flat iron with nuts and bolts etc. for holding the riser pipe assembly of submersible pump set.

Supply & fixing of GI pipes confirming to IS : 1239 P - 1 ( 2004 ) with flanges duly screwed & welded including rubber washer, nuts & bolts of 8mm dia complete in all respect.All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. SITC of Radial / mixed flow ISI marked water and anti-corrosive liquid filled submersible motor pump sets suitable for 100/150mm dia borewell. The size of adopter fixed on top of the motor should exceed the top of coupler , for safegaurd the coupler. The construction material of motor and pump should match IS: 8034 : 2018 and IS: 9283 guideline. The radial flow pumpset should operate at 5 star energy efficiency level of BEE and mixed flow pump set should operate at 3 star energy level of BEE, accompained by valid BEE certificate. Motor should be IE2 class as per IEC 60034-2-1: 2007, IEC 60034-30: 2008, & IS12615:2011 with required accessories including making connection suitable for Bore well. The job includes labour part of lowering of riser pipe G.I./ H.D.P.E. with rope, cables & pump, installation of complete fitting and accessories, jointing of electrical cables up to Starter. All labour for testing of submersible pumps set and supply of water to water mains, complete in all respect. OEM shall have submit NABL / CPRI / ERDA accrediated lab type test certificate before execution. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. P/Laying ISI marked P.V.C. insulated submersible cable confirming to(IS:694) and as per IS 8130 : 2013 of 1.1 kV grade . Wire should be made from 99.90 % purity copper, stranding in acc. to IS:8130/IEC 60228 for lower watt loss , oxygen free for less chances of oxidization, insulation PVC type A/C/D , flame retardant as per IS 10810-53, better amperage rating as per IS:3961 part 5, existing pipe / open trench / Cable tray / on surface including making connection etc. as required. Providing & Fixing of HDPE pipe Confirming to IS:4984:2021 for water supply suitable for submersible & jet pump with required fittings ie socket, elbows, tee etc. complete in all respect. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Supplying and drawing FR PVC insulated & unsheathed flexible copper conductor as per PWD specification for electrical Works with ISI marked (IS:694) and as per IS 8130 : 2013 of 1.1 kV grade . Wire should be made from 99.99% purity copper, class 5 stranding in acc. to IEC 60228 for lower watt loss , oxygen free ( <10 ppm) for less chances of oxidization and higher silver content for gives better conductivity , insulation PVC type A ,flame retardant as per IS 10810-53, better amperage rating as per VDE 0298 part 4, , in existing surface or recessed PVC/ MS conduit/casing capping including all as per pre approved by Engineer in charge,making connections, etc. as required.
