Complete water tank 3000 L.t. capacity shall be clean inside by high pressure water spray and then cleaning by chemical after opening the back side of tank by electric cutter and replace all portion for inbuilt and testing complete unit on full load satisfactory condition. Tank shall be given anti-corrosion treatment and epoxy coating inside tank and outside the tank double coating of white enamel by spray and all slogans writings as per requirement of department.

Complete cabin shall be minor repair by setting of front bumper, All door lock, door handle, front grill, cabin foundation and bracket etc. Replace and setting all door rubber channel of door glass, front and rear window glass repairing and writing slogans as per requirement of department

Complete service of engine BS-IV CNG Engine by cleaning and setting of all required parts. Replacement of Air filter, HT wire set, Fuel filter, primer filter, four no. spark plug and cleaning radiator assembly

Complete dismantling and cleaning of CNG Cylinder (03 Nos) with setting of pipe, switches, indicator meter, CNG filling knob and pollution.

Complete O/H of front and rear suspension sys by opening and dismantling the spring plates and re-tensioning as per requirement. Replacement of U bolt, clamp, Centre bolt, shackle pin etc as required.

All electric system with replacement of wiring parts, lights, sensor assy. Relay and fuse box etc. and servicing of self starter assy. With replacement of required parts.

Repair or O/H of brake system and Hub greasing of all for wheel and replacing Oil seal and chuck nut etc. as per requirement.

Complete vehicle shall be put to the transport Department for getting pollution and fitness certificate for the year 2026-27 and provide speed governor certificate from registered authority by transport department.

SITC of CNG high pressure regulator (HPR) inclusive setting of four stroke engine with the help of laptop speed at idle speed and full load condition with replace of spark plug, HT wire set, etc as required

SITC of injector CNG-NEF 2.6L inclusive setting of proper supply of CNG inside the combustion chamber and testing at idle speed and full load condition, cleaning of injector assembly and replacement of accelerator wire, filter cartridge 'O' ring etc complete as required

Complete R & R OF Clutch pedal assembly including removal, inspection, cleaning,lubrication and refiting with adjustment as required. Gearbox overhauling by fdismantling complete unit, replacing worn-out bearinga, synchronizer rings,oil seals, gaskets and other required parts, refitting and testing the gearbox assembly on full load condition for satisfactory performance
