PETTY DAY TO DAY B/R REPAIR IN TECH AREA AT JAMMU AND KALUCHAK UNDER GE (AF ) STN JAMMU

Checking & attending complaints pertaining to joinery (wooden/ aluminum/) iron/ aluminium mongery, pelmet box, door springs, etc requiring carpentry work and carrying out minor repairs such as tightening/replacing of screws/nails, minor adjustment/easing of joinery, door etc. including petty repairs and material like screws/nails, plug, butt hinges 50/75mm etc. to make it functional by providing minimum one carpenter/aluminium fabricator and one helper as per time to time requirement as intimated by JE concerned/ Engr-in-Charge (with necessary tools) complete all as specified and diected by Engr-in-charge. Note : Any builders hardware items except mentioned above required to be replaced shall be paid seperatly under respective item.

Checking and attending to welding repairs works to steel windows, handles, door springs, iron frame of doors, rolling shutter of garages and other misc iron repair works by welding (run or spot welding as per site requirement) by providing minimum one welder and one helper alongwith welding machine, gloves, welding glass, welding rod etc or any other tools required, as per time to time requirement as intimated by JE concerned/ Engr-in-Charge and whenever required complete all as specified and diected by Engr-in-charge.

Checking of floor, plinth, plaster etc requiring masonary work and carrying out minor repairs such as broken edges patches etc, including petty repairs, material like sand, cement & stone aggregates to make it functional by providing minimum one mason and one helper as per time to time requirement as intimated by JE concerned/ Engr-in-Charge (with necessary tools) etc. complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Any items required to be replaced or major repair shall be paid under respective items.

Checking and attending to water leakage from taps, flushing cisterns, wash hand basins and other sanitary fittingS&Fixtures and any obstruction to water supply, requiring plumbing work and carryout minor repairs such as replacement of washers, check nuts, tightening of fittings of flushing cistern etc including petty materials like washers of all sizes, thread(shoot), caps/spindle for taps, M-seal, screws, nails etc to make water supply/ plumbing lines functional and leak proof by providing minimum one plumber and one helper as per time to time requirement as intimated by JE concerned/ Engr-in-Charge (with necessary tools) etc. complete all as specified and directed . Note : The complaints intimated to contractor shall be completed to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge within a period of maximum 02 days and an amount of Rs. 200.00 will be recovered for un-attended complaints.

Cleaning of blocked WC/ BATH//WHB/Sink traps and CI /PVC pipe up to 1st manhole and removing all silt, residue sludge both organic and inorganic nature including any type of foreign material and removing waste material sludge etc to a distance exceeding 50 m any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and diected by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including cutting of trees, shrubs or any type of vegitation upto and including roots complete including removal all debries exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any redius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and diected by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
