Renovation of Bitumen Road on Udaipur Dy Dy

Bitumen Road Items :

E/W in Strengthening of service road in weaker portion /Rain cuts with its proper compaction & Daula dressing to profile in Udaipur DY from chainage at km 11.878 to km 13.260

Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stone screening,binding materials to fill up theinterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Specification clause 405. G-3

Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm usingmannual means .

Providing and applying tack coat with VG_10 using bitumin distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom .

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Brick edging on both sides of the road with first class bricks 8 cm wide & 12 cm deep laid with mudmortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to required template and in proper alingment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer - in -charge.
