M & L for periodic inspection/ servicing of 02 Ton capacity EOT crane of any make installed at different building/location at site, making the cranes in serviceable condition complete all as specified and directed with and including operations for maintenance complete all as specified as under:- (a) LONG TRAVERSE MOTION- (i) Checking gear box oil level, checking and rectification of leakage if any and filling with new oil up to required level. (ii) Checking functioning of all brakes of any capacity and making adjustment for proper working. (iii) Checking motion wheel for any abnormal sound & checking mounting/ fixing arrangement. (iv) Checking of grease in geared coupling and tighting of nut/bolts etc. (v) Checking of motion cut off at extreme ends with limit switches. (vi) Checking drive shaft and coupling including tighting of nut and bolts. (vii) Checking oil in thrusters checking any leakage any filling with new oil. (viii) Checking terminal connection of all LT motion of three phase electric motor and tightening properly including replacing burnt out/ over heated cable ends if any. (B) CROSS TRAVERSE MOTION (i) Checking gear box oil level, checking and rectification of leakage if any and filling with new oil up to required level. (ii) Checking functioning of all brakes of any capacity and making adjustment for proper working. (iii) Checking motion wheel for any abnormal sound & checking mounting/ fixing arrangement.

(iv) Checking of grease in geared coupling and tighting of nut/bolts etc. (v) Checking of motion cut off at extreme ends with limit switches. (vi) Checking drive shaft and coupling including tighting of nut and bolts. (vii) Checking oil in thrusters checking any leakage any filling with new oil. (viii) Checking terminal connection of all CT motion of three phase FLP electric motor and tightening properly including replacing burnt out/ over heated cable ends if any. (C) HOIST MOTION (i) Checking gear box oil level, checking and rectification of leakage if any and filling with new oil up to required level. (ii) Checking functioning of all brakes of any capacity and making adjustment for proper working. (iii) Checking motion wheel for any abnormal sound & checking mounting/ fixing arrangement. (iv) Checking of grease in geared coupling and tighting of nut/bolts etc. (v) Checking of motion cut off at extreme ends with limit switches. (vi) Checking drive shaft and coupling including tighting of nut and bolts. (vii) Checking oil in thrusters checking any leakage any filling with new oil. (viii) Checking terminal connection of all HT motion of three phase electric motor and tightening properly including replacing burnt out/ over heated cable ends if any.

(D) ELECTRICALS (i) Checking and tightening all electric connection (ii) Checking the contactors/ relays etc for overheating or flashing. ( iii ) Cleaning off all connection and control cables. (iv) Properly bunching the loose control cable. (v) Checking functioning of cable carriers. (vi) Checking the connection and serviceability of VVVF drives for smooth working. (E) GROUND MOTION CONTROL PANEL (i) Opening the push button control unit, checking all connection, replacing flashed/ over heated connections, general cleaning and checking all the functions, of the LT/CT/ Hoist motion push buttons and lights/ VVVF switch including reassembling the unit complete NOTE :- 1. Gear box oil shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, fixing, testing & commissioning of AC drive, upto 5.5kW V/F control operated on 3 phase 415 Volt AC for hoist control CT/LT motor of EOT crane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing and making all connection Rotary limit switch capacity 40 Amps 415 volts all as per existing for LT/CT/Hoist motion of 5 ton capacity crane, including taking down old unserviceable rotary limit switch complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, push button with element in push button box as per required colour code complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in repairs, power contactor 20 Amps with 2 NO + 2NC complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, power contactor 25 Amps with 2 NO + 2NC complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, power contactor 32 Amps with 2 NO + 2NC complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for radiography testing of crane main hook block by approved firm from BARC Mumbai complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Original film and testing report shall be submitted by the contractor.

M&L for re-winding of electric motor upto 7.5 HP, 3 Phase 415 volt of any make after disconnecting motor electrically and mechanically system from the elevated height and transporting to workshop for repairs, taking out burnt winding wire, cleaning the rotor and stator properly, rewinding the motor with super enameled copper winding wire as per existing gauge, varnishing /drying etc complete, replacing the ball bearings as per existing size, reassembling the motor, shifting and installing at original position , making electrical and mechanical connections and testing for proper working complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 metres length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shown in Plate No. 2 to the earthing test point complete with charcoal, salt, PCC pit & RCC pit cover 50mm thick with lifting handle all as specified and indicated including testing on completion Note :- The work to be executed through a specialist vender dealing in earthing work. MOU to be signed by the contractor with the vendor to this effect and a copy of the same to be submitted to Engr-in-Charge within 15 days from thev date of issue of work order.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx 6.00 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by means bolts and nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch board or test point including 20 mm bore light grade galvanised iron pipe with MS funnel ,wire mesh for watering arrengement and 40 mm bore medium grade galvanised iron pipe for earth lead protection from earth plate to test point or pannel connecting point, RCC chamber, in PCC (1:3:6) type C, and RCC (1:2:4) tye B, 50 mm thick cover with handle including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling removal of soil, filling of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Sch Part - I, connected to Earthing test point all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note :- The work to be executed through a specialist vender dealing in earthing work. MOU to be signed by the contractor with the vendor to this effect and a copy of the same to be submitted to Engr-in-Charge within 15 days from thev date of issue of work order.

M & L for Chemical Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 90 cm x 60cmx 5mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to copper strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by means bolts and nuts check nuts and washers of copper and connected to test point including insulating sleeve PCC chamber soil including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling removal of soil, filling with 3 bags (60 Kg each) of environment friendly portland cement based backfill compound (Resistivity below 0.15 ohm) and all connected to Earthing test point complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note:- 1. Purity of copper plate & strip should be more than 98% copper. Test certificate to this effect from govt approved lab should be produced before excecution of work. 2. On testing if the desired earth resistance of less than 1.0 ohm is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to govt by the contractor.

Supply , installation , commissioning and testing of advance maintenance free environment friendly ring earthing system. Each set consisting of 03 Nos of 10 feet length 17.2 mm dia earth electrode made of high tensile low carbon steel circular rods, molecularly bonded copper on outer surface (minimum copper bonding thickness - 250 microns) with terminals to connect incoming strip with 3 bags (60 Kg each) of environment friendly portland cement based backfill compound (Resistivity below 0.15 ohm) for each bore as per manufacturing instructiions with ROHs test certificate for each 150 x 25 x 6 mm copper bar with 4 hole shall be exothermically welded on top to copper bonded rod to terminal laid in a bore fill with 100 Kg bantonite in each bore. Manufacturer name shall be embossed on rod 25 x 3 mm copper strip shall be used to interconnect the earths and to make the ring . The earth pit cover polypropylene (300mm x 300mm) shall be included in the scope of work Make : OBO/JEF ECO SAFE/ENNOV Note : (i) Earthing shall be tested after completion of work by contractor in presence of Engr-in-Charge and proper record shall be maintained duly signed by all concerned. On testing if the desired earth resistance of less than 1.0 Ohm is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to govt by the contractor. Note :- The work to be executed through a specialist vender dealing in earthing work. MOU to be signed by the contractor with the vendor to this effect and a copy of the same to be submitted to Engr-in-Charge within 15 days from thev date of issue of work order.

Taking down old unserviceable aluminium strip and supply and fix new 25x3.15 mm aluminium strip for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Purity of aluminium strip should be more than 99% aluminium. Test certificate this effect from govt approved lab should be produced before excecution of work.

Taking down old unserviceable copper strip and supply and fix new 20x3.15 mm copper strip for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- In copper strip copper should be more than 98%. Copper percentage test certificate from govt approved lab should be produced before excecution of work.

Taking down old unserviceable single pointed termination aluminium rod and supply and fix new single pointed termination aluminium rod 12 mm dia, 300 long on roof top including fixing/fitting of termination rod and over the roof/wall with clamps, saddles and insulators in such a manner that air termination rod shall not be in touch with roof/wall etc. and making connection with roof/down conductor with Al strip by proper bolting/brazing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable single pointed termination copper rod and supply and fix new single pointed termination copper rod 12 mm dia, 300 long on roof top including fixing/fitting of termination rod and over the roof/wall with clamps, saddles and insulators in such a manner that air termination rod shall not be in touch with roof/wall etc. and making connection with roof/down conductor with copper strip by proper bolting/brazing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 40 mm dia bore tubing, Light grade,galvanised, with all fitting,screwed,and fixed complete to walls/ceilings and laid in floors including taking out old pipe complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing 15 mm dia bore of tubing,Light grade,galvanised, with all fitting,screwed,and fixed complete to walls/ceilings and laid in floors including taking out old pipe complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down existing aluminium/copper strip of LA system from roof/wall cleaning, straighting and fixing on new insulator complete with fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Conducting periodical testing of earth pits by standred earth megger after disconnecting earth strip & submitting the records including reconnection complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- (1) Rs.10000 penlty for per month if contrector fail to submit the record in time for every month in 1st week. Note :- The work to be executed through a specialist vender dealing in earthing work. MOU to be signed by the contractor with the vendor to this effect and a copy of the same to be submitted to Engr-in-Charge within 15 days from thev date of issue of work order.

Material and labour for improvement of earthing value upto the desired level as per requirment of equipment by pouring of mixture of salt/charcoal dust/magnesium sulphate in proper ratio including watering complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Comunication to this effect shall be intimated to the contractor b concerned JE/AGE E/M telephonically and if the same is not attended within 72 hrs penality @ Rs. 1000/-per day/earth shall be deducted from contractor account. Note :- The work to be executed through a specialist vender dealing in earthing work. MOU to be signed by the contractor with the vendor to this effect and a copy of the same to be submitted to Engr-in-Charge within 15 days from thev date of issue of work order.

S&F in replacement of the earth pit cover of polypropylene (250 mm Top x 340 mm Bottom x 250 mm Height) of 2 Kg weight complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of high quality copper bolts with nuts, washer to replace and repair existing earthing bolts of length 4cm and dia 7mm all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of galvanized iron steel water tubing 15 mm bore, medium grade for watering to earth pits, laid in trenches, including all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of Bib tap standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed.(Minimum weight 15mm-90gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Exothermically welding of size 50x6 + 25x3 mm of copper strip T joint shape with the help of mould used exoweld material (Terraweld powder T115,T200 per weld) should be done in all the joints complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (1) Before weld contractor have to make Mould with handle for exothermic welding 4 way central joint of 25x3 mm Copper Strip. (2) Terraweld Exo-thermic Weld Powder (T200) per weld with ignitor. (3) Welding joint should be clean by Metal Bristles before welding

S&F in replacement of 32 mm medium grade PVC pipe ISI marked, burried earthing strip into the ground for proper insulation of building and equipment complete all as directed.

M&L for Brazing of size 40mmx25mmx5mm in copper strip of size 25x3mm at the joint of strip through copper rod of proper size and combination of oxygen acetylene gas cylinder.Joint must be able to withstand high tensile strength and properly done without any defect or without any crack all as specified and directed. Note :- (1) If any crack found in the brazing contractor will do brazing free of cost again.

Dismantling old /broken Earth pit chamber and construction of New earth pit chamber of size (550 x 550 & internal 300 x 300mm with 125mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 and plastering 15mm thick in cm (1:4) on internal external surfac of pit all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC pit cover of size (550x 550mm x 75mm thick) in (1:2:4) type B1 with reinforced bar of 8mm dia with 100mm C/C including Lifting Handle complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out telted earth pit chamber and raming of sand compacting the area and again repositining of Earth pit chamber over a PCC 1:4:8 of 75mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fabrication of earth pit indicator made of MS sheet of 3mm thick (shape as directed ) welded on iron strip of 32mm x 6mm thick x 900mm long (150mm in below GL) dully painted with synthetic enemeled paint over a one coat of redoxide primer complete with writing earthing nomenaclature as specifed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for periodical inspection / servicing and cleaning of boom barrier make faac-barrier B614 near Main gate in AF station all as specified and directed Note: OEM testing report shall be be submitted by the contractor.

M & L for periodic inspection/ servicing of Dehumidefire of any make installed at different building/location at site all as specified and directed Note: OEM testing report shall be submitted by the contractor, in 1st week offer every three month.

M&L for wiring with two Nos new 1100volt grade, 1.5 sqmm 2 core, FRLS, multistranded copper wire ISI marked drawn in and including MS, ERW, Medium grade, 20mm, ISI Marked pipe for laying of cable fixed over the wall/roof, surface through saddles /spacers etc for making connections to fire detectors /MCP to control panels etc including taking down old unserviceable wiring with conduit pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unservisible multisensor detector and replacement of new Addressable type multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination complete all as specifed and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement Fire Alarm Buzzer Iductrial Electronic wind screw motor high Decibel siren sound range upto 2 KM complete all as specified and directed.
