Fabrication of structural steel items involves gas cutting & grinding as per required dimensions, marking & drilling of holes, edge preparation by grinding, fit up & welding of structural items, bolting of structural steel items, LPE of root pass and final pass welding, erection of structural steel items, cleaning by wire brushing/ buffing, painting with one coat of red oxide primer paint and one coat of enamel paint, i.e. golden yellow colour for hand railing & opaline green colour for surfaces, for welded structures.

1. This work shall be carried out by utilizing the material supplied as per Sl. No. 3 and hence bidders are required to quote price ONLY for fabrication and erection works excluding the supply of materials against this item.
