Erection of 11 Mts long Steel Tubular Poles ST-410 SP56 complete along with pit exacavation and 1/6 th of pole embeded in soil with base plate and cap as per relevant REC standards including loading ,unloadong of poles from the divisional stores to site of erection. (Poles to be provided by the corporation)

Laying, Stringing and Binding of 0.2 ACSR Conductor with providing and jumpering at tension points fitted with 0.2 PG Clamps. CKT Kms including loading ,unloadong of conductor from the divisional stores to site of erection. (conductor to be provided by the department)

Providing and fixing of Aluminum Jointing Sleeves as per relevant standards

Providing and fixing of GI V cross arms with top bracket on 11 meter ST Poles with clamps and GI Nuts bolts and washers as per relevant REC Standards.

Providing, Erection and fixing of GI Channel/Angle X Arms including Clamps, Bolts and washers. As per relevant REC Standards.

Providing and fixing of 33kV Polymeric composite Disc Insulator 36kV,min failing load 70kN, Lighting Impulse 170kV Positive and 180kV Negative, creepage distance 900mm

Providing and fixing of tension fittings suitable for 02 ACSR Conductor

Providing and fixing of 33kV Polymeric composite Pin Insulator 36kV, 10kN, Lighting Impulse 170kV Positive and 180kV Negative, creepage distance 900mm

Providing ad fixing of Earthing Complete by GI Pipe 40 mm or GI Rod 20mm 2.5 mtr long through GI Strip as per relevant REC standards.

Provinding and painting of 11 mt S.T Poles with single coat of Red Oxide and two coats of Aluminium Paint as per relevant standards alongwith black and yellow paint stripes above the implant depth upto a height of 180m cms.

Provinding and fitting of Anti climbing devices on each pole as per relevant standards

Provinding and fitting of danger plates on each pole as per relevant standards

Providing and laying of Guard netting with G.I Wire no. 8 SWG all along the route of the line with M-20 eye bolts fitted with base nut of 33KV pins to double Ckt line

Proving and laying of cement bottoming of 11 mtr STP poles in 1:2:4 Mix as per the REC Standard .6cum/pole

Providing and fixing of Galvanised Stay Set with 50 x 8 mm stay clamp, guy insulator(2Nos.), anchor plate (300x 300 x 8 mm), nut-bolts, 2 Nos turn-buckles, 1.8m long, 20 mm diameter solid GS stay rod & 7/4.00 mm dia GI stranded wire complete

Supply/Laying of 33kV, 3 core 400 mm2 Aluminium, round wire Armoured XLPE Cable , FRLS (one spare cable) of Havels/reputed make through HDPE pipe as per relevant standards.

Supply Installation Testing and Commissionig of 33 KV 400mm2 Outdoor Type Heat Shrink Cable Termination Kits (400 mm2 three core)

Route Clearance/Branch cutting along the corridor.
