Term Contract (TC) for repair/maint of Sentinel House of HQ IGAR(N) at Kohima, Works to be executed as per CPWD specifications 2021 and dirn of Engr-in-charge Estimate prepared requisition wise as per requirement:- 1.1. Civil (B&R) Works. Estimates based on Delhi Schedule Rate (DSR)-2021 with addition of Market variation (MV) 53.33%, variation of GST @18% in place of 12% a multiplying factor of 1.0633 over DSR-2021, Cost of Work (EPF & ESIC) 3.938%. To perform under term contract such work on the term and conditions and DSR Rate 2021 together with errata/ amendments as applicable and upon the conditions contained in tender documents as may be demanded and are enumerated in the aforesaid standard schedule of rates for period of 04 months from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid DSR-2021 along with other applicable addition. NOTES:- 1.1.1. The bidder have to quote the percentage above or below on Delhi Schedule of Rates 2021 (Civil Works) along with other applicable addition as above. 1.1.2. It is an express condition of the contract that the amount to total work/services required to be done under htis contract can vary to any extent irrespective of the amount worked out/ mentioned in BOQ sheet and contractor shall bound to execute such work/ services at the rates contained in Delhi Schedule of Rates 2021 (Civil Works) duly adjusted by quoted percetange rate during the contract period. No claim of the contractor shall be entertained due to increase in quantum of work required to be done/ work done
