Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brushwood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared

Banking excavated earth by mechanical/ mannual means in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top most layer lead upto 50 m and for all lift - all kinds of soil.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, uspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, alconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

FORM WORK Cantering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level- Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) with a floating coat of neat cement mix

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Fencing with angkle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonal interwoven with horizontal wires, barbed wire weighting 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum) between the two post fitted and fixed with G>I staples, turn buckles etc. complete with G.I Barbbed wire

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, incuding applying priming cost of approved steel primer.

Finishing walls with ready mixed Premium acrylic emulsion paint (Company Depot Tinted) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm
