Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of (G+3), 26 passenger Bed Lift with a lifting speed of 0.5 mps as per CPWD norms meant for Hospital at CHC Chanapora, Srinagar with a DLP of one year.The lift shall be suitable for 26 Passengers of Standard design having a minimum contact speed of 0.5 m/s serving from Ground floor to Third floor with stops and landings thus having 04 (Four) levels and 04 (Four) openings in a lift shaft of standard size as per the required standards. The landings on all the floors shall be on the same side. The lift shall be operated on automatic push button control, simplex full collective controlled system with or without attendant which shall be microprocessor based having A.C variable voltage variable frequency control on 3 phase, 415 V, 50 C/S A.C supply. The lift equipment shall be Geared installed directly above the hoist way in Machine room with traction having encoder assembly compatible with drive assembly for jerkless operation. The lift shall be complete with Car and Car Doors with Automatic and multi ray electronic door detection system, doors shall be stainless steel in moon-rock/hairline finish inside, counter weights, self leveling device, safety devices, automatic rescue device ARD, indicators, overloading devices, voice synthesizer landing doors of steel in moon rock/hairline finish, terminal buffers, ropes, fireman switch, including all wiring connections and all connected equipments, spare parts, steel fascia plate at all floors as per requisite specifications. The job includes providing and fixing of all latest accessories/equipments for smooth operation of lift as per latest standards.The elevator & its components / accessories shall confirm relevant IS standards as per specification attached.The available Well size (Shaft Size) is 2450 mm x 3048 mm and Pit depth is 1550 mm.

Providing / Fitting of 3.5 core, 35 sqmm armoured Al cable for connecting power source to servo stablizer to Change Over panel.

Change Over panel comprising of Bus bar, MCCB (incommer 2No. and outgoing 1 No.), changeover switchs, for DG and main to be supplied in a CRC Panel.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 20 KVA servo-stabilizers including all allied electrical works

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 6.1.5 Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing ACP sheets (4.00 mm thickness) in aluminum on all door sides with neoprene gasket, binding on all frame work including all the frame work in Al section

Cement plaster in fine sand in a mix of 1:4 (cement; fine sand) on the brick work of doors at all floors

Dismantling of the wall of the machine room for making door opening and providing / fitting of door frame with door fabricated out of Budloo wood with two coats of primer. The job also includes fabrication of stairs out of MS angle and MS strips upto machine room at attic level.

Earth work for pit clearance excavation by manual means including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone soling for the pit after clearance and excavation of soil including loading and un -loading

Dewatering of lift pit by way of draining of water till the waterproofing is completed. The job includes arranging of dewatering pump and POL for operation .

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size.

Providing & Laying integral Cement based water proofing (Injected type) treatment including preperation of surface and then applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with proprietary water proofing compound confirming to IS: 2645. After proper curing apply a second coat of cement slurry admixed with proprietry water proofing compound. The job includes finishing the surface with 20mm thick jointless cement morter of mix 1:4
