Dismantling of flocculator mechanism, central bearing flocculator Arm, Paddles, scrappers arm, lifting of main bridge, disconnection of all incoming, outgoing electric connection with separation of reduction Gear box with motor old material as drive head with all damage parts of Flocculator carried out from clarifier as per plant -in-Charge.

Lifting of bridge with the help of mechanical/ Hydraulic jack at center of bridge with taking all the precaution and rest of the bridge with suitable packing/ mechanical supports vertically as well as crossed of clarifiers by welding work as required as per site requirements.

Supply Fabrication and fixing of scrappers blades made out for MS Sheet of 160mmx6mm thick x1.85 meter long with nut bolt & washer as per existing one.

Repairing of center cage by angles of size 100x100x8mm &75x75x8 mm as per existing designed with welding/nut, bolt & washer complete in all respect as per site conditions.

Renovation of damaged truss and twisted member of clarifier by gas cutter and taking out from clarifier the help of rope and reinstallation of damaged truss with new angle plate of cuter side vertical arm of bridge installation of new angle 65x65x6 & 75x75x6 mm MS channel 100x100x6- ( Appox. 1500 Kg) and {replacement of same MOC as GM Designed}

Repairing of pinion the job include machining of body, with repair of pinion shaft & bearing seat with replacement of both bearing No. 23022 SKF/ equal with alignment & greasing complete in all respect.

Renovation and reparing of both flocculator arm upper side as per existing designed and MOC as per site requirement job include cutting, removing of old worn-out arm member from the flocculator arm with the help of gas cutter and skilled staff to providing new angle {75x75x6, 50x50x6 & 40x40x6< ( appox. 450 Kg) and making proper alignment and balancing both arms as per GM design.

Repair of lower side both arms as per existing designed and MOC as per site requirement job include cutting, removing of old worn-out arm member from the flocculator arm with the help of gas cutter and skilled staff to providing new angle 75x75x6, 65x65x6 & 50x50x6, (appox, 1200 to 1400 Kg), and making proper alignment and balancing both arms as per GM design.

Replacement of Gear box flocullator & drive carriage. (a) U-500 reduction ratio- 50:1 for 12.5 MGD clarifier drive assembly for bridge. (b) U-700 for 12.5 MGD clariflocullator central drive mechanism system.

Supply and fixing of GM make triplex sprocket set with triplex chain 25.40mm x55 teeth & 25.40 mm x21 teeth.

Providing of rubber squeezers 100% synthetic rubber on scrappers with the help of Flat strip off size including SS bolt and washer etc.

Repairing of Geo Miller make central bearing mechanism (600 mm dia), clariflocculators comprises of following: - (i) CI Base-690 mm OD machine balls 38 mm dia. Steel balls will be at 600 mm PCD, 36 Nos. equally spaced. (ii) CI cover for the above will be machined and mounted on the base as per our standard design. (iii) Central bearing mechanism for smooth operation, lubrication arrangement will also be provided.

Repairing / overhauling of central Turn Table & ball bearing hosing straightening of complete damaged mechanism. Complete in all respect. Job includes repair, machining, polishing and leveling of complete mechanism with welding of complete worn out hosing using special purpose electrodes, hardening of complete seat both portion of turn table using special type of special material.

Installation of central bearing and repaired central turn table assembly as per our drawing with the help of skilled fitter, hydra, chain pulley block with pasting of sealing arrangement leak proof for oil from chamber with cotton & gland and reinstallation of reduction gear with motor with all incoming and outgoing connection , pinion assembly with oil and greasing complete in all respect and after reinstallation of flocculator arms, and scrappers and other allied work balancing of complete flocculation.

Supply and fixing of flocculation paddles of size 200x200x5 mm thick and 5 mtr long as per sample the job includes fixing of paddles with nut bolts and washers/ welding with the help of ropes etc by manual labors.

Supply and application of paint for painting of complete clarifloculator mechanism: specs- epoxy primer (min. 1 coat) following by epoxy finish paint (min. 2 coats), total DFT min. 225 microns, food grade quality, colour shade as per DJB engineer in charge For painting of all other components as site: cleaning by wire brush/chemical cleaning (as per directions of DJB site in charge) and epoxy painting as per above specifications.

Testing and commission of complete job No load and on full load as per site requirement including all T&P charges
