Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc, complete all as specified.

Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring concealed type of any description along with PVC conduit including conduit accessories and made good the disturbed surfaces where ever necessary, complete all as specified.

Taking down unserviceable sheet metal enclosure concealed type with MCBs including making good the disturbed surface, complete all as specified.

Taking down exhaust fan, dismantling blades, deposte to MES store yard, complete all as specified.

Fixing only exhaust fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan including testing on completion, complete all as specified.

Taking down ceiling/fan, dismantiling blades and removing fan and blades and deposite to MES store, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, removing form the mounting cerefully old electric water heater of capacity 25/50 ltrs including PVC connceting and handing over to AGE E/M store yard, refixing the same on the same position after completion of the wall repair works including connection, cleaning of out side surface of the geyser, testing after, completion, completion all as specified.

Disconnecting, removing cerefully the tamper proof electric energy meter and handing over in AGE/E/M store yard, completion all as specified.

Fixing only tamper proof electric energy meter any type and rating in the same location as removed or at a new location within same bldg including connection, testing after completion, complete all specified.

Taking down of old unserviceable GI bracket set fixed on wall including making good the surface, complete all as specified.

Point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 grade FRLS cable with multi stranded coppper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metalic rigid PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked not less than 20mm dia concealed in wall and surface on ceiling with all conduit fittings & fixing accessories including sunken anodized pressed steel terminal box of thickness 1.2mm thick up to size of 200mm x 300mm and 1.6mm thick for above size of 200mm x 300mm suitable for fixing of modular top cover plate as per numbers of switch modules for modular switches, sockets, fan regulators, red colour indicator, blank plates etc. as approved colours and including1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multi stranded FRLSH type unsheathed (Green colour), single core 1.5 Sqmm cable with copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly and including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface and colour coat including providing putty and white cement for smooth finishing of existing surface complete all as specified and directed for the following:-

One light point/fan point/ exhaust fan point/ bell controlled by one switch 5 amp, complete all as specified.

One 5 pin 6 amps socket point controlled by one 6 amp switch on independent board complete all as specified.

One 5 pin 6 amps socket point controlled by one 6 amp switch on same board, complete all as specified.

One light point controlled by two 2 way switches, complete all as specified.

All as per Srl item No 6.11 but for one 6 pin 16/6 Amps socket outlet independent board with cable 2.5 Sq mm including copper PVC insulated PVC unsheathed 2.5 sq mm earth wire standard and connected to earth dolly.

Supply & fixing modular blank plate single module all as specified and directed.

Decorative wall light fixture Globe type including 9 W LED Lamp made up of polycarbonate/glass complete all as specified and directed.

Sub main wiring complete with 2 run of 6 sqmm single core copper conductor (ISI marked) cable 1100 volts grade, FRLSH type, PVC insulated, unsheathed, flexible, multi stranded colour coded cables drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit of size 25 mm dia medium grade(MMS) with all connected accessories such as Bend, Tee, Elbow, Short peices etc concealed in wall/roofs/floors and including cutting chases and making good the surface, one run of 6 sqmm single core copper conductor cable flexible, PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, 1100 volts grade,FRLSH type as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface and colour coat and applying putty including cutting and chasing and complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Two run of 6 sqmm single core copper conductor cable and one run of 6 sqmm single core copper conductor cable as earth continuity and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM only.

Description all as per Srl item ser No 6.19 above but 2 run of 4.0 single core and one run of 4.0 sqmm single core as earth wire complete all specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmX 600mmX 6mm thick buried directely in ground vertically ( earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below ground level, connected to and including galvanised iron wire 4 mm dia and light grade protection pipe of 15 mm dia from earth electrode up to test point or up to 7.5mtr whichever is less by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I and GI watering pipe of 20 mm dia medium grade,GI funnel with wire mesh,including charcoal, salt packed all around the earth electrode plate in layers, PCC earth pit chamber 1:3:6 type C1, of size 45X 45X 45 CM, RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1 of size 45X45X6CM, excavation/earth work in any strata and returning filling, removal of surplus soil and testing/test point for required value including removing old U/S earthing items complete all as specified and directed.

GI bracket pipe of size 40 mm dia medium grade of 1.5m long, bent to shape hot or cold suitable for street light fitting and making the one end of GI pipe bracket suitable for fixing of any type street light fitting and shall be fixed on wall surfaces and including suitable fabricate MS flat iron clamps of 25X6 mm thick, 02 Nos suitable for fixing any places with nuts,bolts & washers including grouting on wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up/down old under ground cable of any size/type complete all as specified and directed.

Water proofing treatment to sunken portion of WCs bathroom etc by applying cement slurrey mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound. (a) First layer of slurry cement @ 0.488 Kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253 Kg/sqm. The layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg /Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modifiedd cementitious composite compound @ 0.126 Kg/sqm. The layer will be allowed to aircure for 4 hours.

Grubbing up bushes, tree truck portion not exceeding 10cm girth including cutting of trees/bushes grown in over wall and roofs digging out roofs and making good distance area of wall/roofs with, complete all as specified.

Repairing RCC projection chajjas, roof, facia etc. by necessary preparation, scraping, cutting, chiselling derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates and reinforcement with MS welded mesh of weight exc 2Kg per Sqm but n.exc 3Kg/Sqm with or without facia and rendering with 5mm thick cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement and work in patches area n.exc 5 Sqm and thickness RCC member n.exc 70mm including necessary formwork and applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces at any height complete.

Brass chromium plated mixer for mixing hot and cold water with provision of shower, 15mm screwed down for iron pipes and fixed in repair complete all as directed.

Acrylic shelf 450mm long and 100mm wide fixed over WHB of approved quality as per sample held in GE Office all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

CP grating, 150mm dia, with centre hole all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PVC bath room cabinet of size 535mm x 483 mm x 110 mm with mirror complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Stainless steel plate rack of superior quality size 36" x 30" weight not less than 8 kg complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

40mm dia PVC waste pipe for kitchen sink, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cupboard shutter 20mm thick (style) factory made panel. PVC including chowkhat frame made out of M.S tubes 19 gauge for top and bottom rails m.s frame shall be covered with heated moulded plain colour PVC © channel having a PVC sheet strip of 10mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail lock rail and bottom rail on either side 10mm (5mmx2) thick of 20mm and 20mm cross PVC sheet and as gap insert for top and bottom rail. Panelling for plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying fixing in the frame at site complete fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed

Epoxy powder coated pelmet rods of mild steel 25 mm with and including pair of fancy type finials & bracket complete fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of old/ damaged existing roof treatment with concrete and cleaning all waste and dirt by wire mesh, picking, sweeping and washing down with water to remove dust, etc, and removal of all material out side the cantt. area, complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for water proof treatment roof top with 5 course APP membrane treatment will be applied as under:- (a) applying a coat of bituminious primer confirming to IS - 3344 @ 0.40kg/Sqm on the prepared surface. (b) after the primed surface has dried, apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 penetration grade blown bitumen or equivalent viscosity grade blown bitumen ( Penetration of bitumen when tested as per IS 1203 will not be more than 40) conforming to IS 702 @1.20 kg/sqm of the surface. (c) provide minimum 3mm thick APP (Atactic polypropylene) modified polymeric five layered membrane with central core of 100 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film. Minimum weight of membrane shall be 3kg /Sqm . Other proporties of APP modified water proofing membrane will be as laid down in MES SSR -I Part. APP membrane will be laid minimum end lap of 150 mm and side lap of 75 mm bonded with hot blown bitumen. (d) Over the APP membrane apply semi hot blown 85/25 penetration grade bitumen or equivalent viscosity grade blown bitumen (Penetration of bitumen when tested as per IS 1203 will not be more than 40) / conforming to IS 702 @ 1.20 kg /Sqm and blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm dusted over the bitumen coat, complete all as specified and as directed

Providing 20mm thick precast PCC tiles jointed & pointed flush in cement mortar 1:6 over 15mm thick bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) using 5% creosote oil ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Stainless steel telesopic channel of best quality supplied and fixed ( Hettic) wooden paint healy all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge

Stainless steel handle 150 mm long for kitchen cabinets/Cupboards of best quality complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Beading first class soft wood of cross section 19 mm X3 mm fixed with polish head less nails to prelaminated particle board including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

LED bulb 9 watts, 240Volts, 50Hz retrofit type and including removing old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed.

Modular LED Indicator Lamp fixing on modular switch board 240V, AC, 50Hz suitable for 1/2 module ISI marked, including connecting with suitable length of 1.5sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor complete all as specified and directed. Make : Anchor Roma Cat No 21180R or equivallent, complete all as specified and directed.

Inverter based LED tube light fitting, 20 watt, 4 feet long indoor decorative high lumen batten 230 volts, AC 50 Hz, 6500K, polycarbonate channel with lithium battery with back up time up to 4 hours and connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper cablecomplete all as specified and directed.

Point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS, multi stranded, copper conductor, single core cable, 1100 volts grade, drawn through in and including PVC rigid conduit along with suitable size PVC conduit fittings/accessories including provision of steel terminal box of thickness 1.2mm thick up to size of 200mm x 30mm and 1.6mm thick for above size of 20mm x 300mm MS terminal boxes surface/concealed with 3mm thick hylamp pressed laminated/hylamp sheet top cover for housing of switches socket and regulators etc. including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated sheathed stranded copper for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly for one light point complete all as specified and directed.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for Sch 'A' Part - VII (Schedule of credit) Amount of Rs. 9,96,156.00 during AOC. Note: Tenderers shall not quote for this schedule.
