I/We have fully acquainted myself/ourselves about the conditions in regard to accessibility of site and quarries/kilns, nature and the extent of ground, working conditions including stacking of materials, installation of tools and plant conditions effecting accommodation and movement of labor etc. required for the satisfactory execution of contract. Should this bid be accepted, I/We hereby agree to abide by and fulfill all the terms and provisions of the said conditions of contract annexed hereto so far as applicable, or in default thereof to forfeit and pay to the Nagar Palik Nigam Dewas Madhya Pradesh or his successors in office the sums of money mentioned in the said conditions
