Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of step down transformer of capacity 160 KVA, outdoor type, copper wound, PCC plinth mounted complete with standard fitting and accessories, HT 11KV 3 Phase, LT 433 volt, 3 phase 4 wire with off load tap changer on primary side to carry secondary voltage ± 7½ % with tappings at every 2½ % all as per IS 1180-2014, EEL-1 (formerly EEL-2 (till 30 Mar 2022), oil cooling with fins vector group : DYN 11, including initial oil fitting complete all as specified including the following accessories :- (a) Three numbers porcelain bushing HT, 11KV with brass bushing rods, nuts, bolts and washers etc inside cable end box. (b) One cable box LT side consisting of 4 Nos porcelain with brass bushing rods complete with nuts and washers suitable for runs of 3.5 core LT under ground cable. (c) Oil conservator with filler type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dheydrating breather with fast fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Explosion vents (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (g) One number 100mm dia, dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0 to 120 degree centigrade. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate.

(j) Earthing arrangement. (k) Oil drain filter valve. (l) Oil drain valve. (m) Lifting hook. (n) Oil conservator with filling hole and cap. (o) Air relief valve plug. (p) Four plate solid cast steel detachable rollers. (q) Earth bushing for neutral outside the cable box for providing independent earthing for neutral. (r) Suitable size of channel on foundation for fixing the transformer with joint and stopper. (s) PCC plateform complete all as shown on drawing No CEAF/TD/EM/03 SHEET 1/1 Dated 31.10.1994 revision date 09.06.2003 including XPM welded mesh fencing and doors including 75 x 40 mm channel.

M&L for shed for Transformer including excavation in post holes, PCC 1:3:6 Type B2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in post holes, sufficient vertical post fixed minimum 0.45mtr below GL, purlin and rafter welded to vertica post, galvalume roof sheet 0.50mm thick at top fixed on purlin and rafters, 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150x100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages all around the shed to avoid monkey menace and providing gate at front of the shed including painting of all shed with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, including brickwork around the shed with sufficient hardcore filling, including PCC 1:4:8 in sub-base and finishing PCC 1:2:4 above complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Air-break, gang operated, triple pole switch, outdoor, horizonal mounting type (ISI marked), mechanically operated with 9 insulators of rating upto 400 amp complete with fuse mounts, fuse carriers and HT fuse elements and frame work with operating mechanism worked from ground level, with locking arrangements including Godrej pattern 65mm pad locks with two keys, complete suitable for HT 11 KV, 50 Hz AC supply including operating handle and pipe with necessary electric connections, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Danger notice plate of size 25x20cm made up of 1.6mm thick mild steel, vitreous enamelled white, with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts and washer clamps made out of 25x3mm flat iron for LT/HT poles/transformers/pillar box etc with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English complete all as specified and directed

Supply laying jointing & testing of HT cable, XPLE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11 KV 'E' grade (earthed) of cross sectional area 95 Sq mm 3 core in pipe/ducts/ trenches/under floor/under road all as specified & directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately)

M & L for 100 mm bore Galvanised steel tubing light grade for protection of under ground cable on poles / walls under road crossing etc conforming to IS-1239 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Lightening arrestor 11KV non linear resistor type confoemring to IS-307 Part-I, line discharge class 2, nominal discharge capacity 65 KA, 11KV voltage grade including all clamps, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and Fix cable jointing kit for 11KV grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessaries suitable for 3 core XLPE , armoured, AI conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and filling 63mm graded stone aggreagte over the cleared surfaces at sub stn complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead GI strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawing and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore for protection of GI strip and connected to continuous earth lead on pole/test point supply and laying charcoal dust common salt PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x 3mm and RCC cover 40 mm thick(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6 mm dia round bars @ 75 mm c/c both ways with MS handle 12 mm dia PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No-3 on srl page No 497 of SSR Part I (2009) drawing and connection to earth test point incl testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The cost of earth lead/strip and GI pipe for protection of earth lead/strip upto 7.5 M is included in the quoted rate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for laying XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, passing through pipes, fixed on walls complete including connecting properly by means of thimbles of sizes 240 Sqm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Note : Excavation, earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately)

Supply and erect Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate 300mmx300mmx6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) and including marking alternate 05 Nos white and black strip 30cm height with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including preparation of new surfaces all as specified. (Excavation and earth wok and PCC for foundation, channel, clamps nuts, bolts to be measured and paid separately ).

S&F Cross Arms , bracing supporting, clamps and back plates frabcated from structural steel section incl nuts, bolts, washers, welding,bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint over prepared steel surface complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches not exc.1.5 mtr wide and not exc.1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, stay assembly and laying of LT/HT cable as in any type of soil and getting out, complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide , exceeding 1.5 metre not exceeding 3.0 metre in depth for foundation, shafts, man holes,for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays etc not exceeding 10 Square metre on plan and getting out in any type of soil, complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cables 8 cm below the cable before laying and 15 cm above the cable after laying, complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx l80mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) as in fixing of hold fast, copings, bed plates and the like, finished the surface fair and even, including necessary form work, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc.50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
