AMC of SPLIT AC / WINDOW AC UNITS

Providing comprehensive maintenance for 1.5 TR Inverter type Split AC units (LG / Hitachi make) along with all accessories etc. as required. The scope of CMC works includes, attending breakdown calls, fault attending, repairing and restoration of AC units within a stipulated time, carry out periodical maintenance and repair works including replacement of faulty Compressors, Fan motors, Blower motors, Fan blades, blower/runner and other spare parts such as PCB, Relays, Capacitors, hand remotes, Batteries for remotes, detection and repairing of leakages in refrigerant pipes, pressure testing, gas charging/top up, repairing of condenser coils (copper), replacement of faulty control switches, MCBs, plugs, plug tops, Stabilizers (if available), replacement of damaged foam insulations, faulty/burnt out wirings between indoor and outdoor units, painting of condenser stands and Base plates (at least once in a Contract period if required) etc. as per the specifications attached as required. ( For 12 months)

( For 12 months)

REPAIRING AND RECTIFICATION OF INITIAL FAULTS

Physical Inspection of the WAC/SAC units ,testing the units ,detecting the fault & assessing the list of materials for repairing the units, rectification of minor faults i/c replacement of spare parts such as condensers, relays etc as reqd. (without materials)

General Servicing of 1.5 /2.0 TR SAC / WAC units of different make i/c cleaning the air filters, de-dusting the condenser and evaporator coils with the help of Blower and water servicing etc. complete as reqd. (cleaning solutions if required shall also be provided).

Charging of Refrigerant gas R-22/R -407 / R -410 up to specified pressure for 1.5 TR WAC/ Split AC units after leak testing , leak rectification i/c testing for proper cooling of the AC units etc. as reqd.

Top up of R-22 / R-407 /R -410 gas in existing Window A.C /Split A.C units, i/c testing etc. as required.

Replacement / repairing of the faulty /damaged spare parts/accessories/components the SAC units by new ones of approved make and capacities/ ratings compatible for 1.5 TR Hitachi / LG /Voltas/Carrier/ Blue Star/ Godrej / Amtrex/ Usha/ Videocon/National make Split AC units of non inverter & fixed speed type, star/non star models. i/c dismantling of the faulty ones and fixing the new ones, connection and testing etc. complete as reqd.

16/25/32 Amps SP MCB (C Class) (Legrand/Havells/L&T/Siemens)

Repairing of the electronic PCB card of the Inverter Split AC indoor unit i/c replacement of defective parts & re-fixing the same in indoor unit ,testing etc as reqd.

Replacement of damaged refrigerant pipe lines of Split AC units by new refrigerant copper pipe for suction & discharge line (size not less than 1/4" & 1/2" dia ) or as recommended by the manufacturer along with expanded polythene foam insulation i/c cutting ,brazing /making joint etc as reqd. The measurement shall be taken on linear basis for one circuit which includes suction & discharge line & foam insulation.

Replacement of faulty compressor of 1.5 TR Split AC /Window AC units by a new Compressor (copper) suitable for working with R22/R410A refrigerant and operation on 220 volts 1-phase, 50 Hz AC supply i/c removing the faulty one, disconnection and reconnection of refrigerant pipes, electrical connections testing etc. complete as reqd. (make-Emerson Copeland /Hitachi/LG/Mitsubishi/GMMC) . The faulty dismantled Compressor may be retained by the firm.
