Providing and making of end termination of the following 3 ½ Al. cable including Thimbling, crimping tapping, testing and connecting as per site requirements (Dowels/3D make)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory assembled sheet steel clad powder coated( Painted through ( tank process treatment), stand mounting cubicle board made from 2mm thick CRCA sheet dust proof of size 3ft x 1.5 ft x 2.5 ft provided with hinged gasketted door padlocking facility and including suitably rated PVC insulated 4 strip Aluminium bus bar complete with interconnections, earthing terminals,etc including providing fixing of below noted accessories Provision for 4 no. 100 Amp double pole MCB's via Aluminium busbar(solid connection) 1)Indication led lamps R/Y/B with backup MCB 1 set of three. 2). BUSBAR :-160 amp 4 strip Aluminium Busbar. 3) Fixing of Angle iron stand of thickness 5mm for above mentioned panel of height 4ft form ground. (excluding cost of MCB MCB)

Fabrication Providing & fixing of iron hooks fabricated from 40mm x 40mm x5mm for laying/fixing of cables. (200 no.)

P/laying of PVC Pipe (B-Class) of 2" dia for laying of LT cables (Prince/ Polycab / Finolex make)along with accessories bends and Tees for above mentioned cables.

Supplying and fixing following rating, 240/415 volts, “C”curve,10KA miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (Legrand/Schneider/Hager/ABB make) a) MCB double pole 100 Amp

Provind and laying cement concrete in the ratio of 1:3:6 by RCC mixture in the ratio of 1:2:4 for fixing of above panels of size 2.5 ftx 1.5 ft x 1.5 ft deep (12 no.)
