Supply and Installation of Network Accessories that are required for Stabilizing the LAN connection and New Data & Intercom Points at Main Dairy CHAMUL.

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment (s) similar to the type specified in the ‘Schedule of Requirements’ up to at least xxxx % of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after xxxxx and be in satisfactory operation for xxxxx months as on date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer , has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least xxxxx % of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least xxxxx months on the date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership.

Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past three/five years2 and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments.

A detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods.

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

The bidder should be in networking business for a period of Minimum 5 years supporting documents to be enclosed at any union of the KMF.

The bidder should have successfully carried out the following works at any union of KMF as on the date of opening of Technical Bid. (A) Must have completed work of similar nature of each with a minimum of 50 end points. Network. (B) Must have completed two work of similar nature of each with a minimum of 20 Lines. Intercom/Telephone.

The Bidder shall provide the detailed technical specifications of OEM, make, model with data sheets mentioned about the quoted components and system along with the bid.

Bidder may visit the site of installation & Commissioning of the Networking and understand the nature before coating the tender.

The successful tenderer must coordinate with the furniture tenderer & execute the network points as per the seating arrangement specified in furniture layout plan.

The Bidder should visit the site with prior appointment and carry out necessary inspection and test or measurement as are necessary, before submitting its bids. All costs associated with such site visit and in preparation and submission of the Bid will have to be bear by the bidder. CHAMUL will in no case be responsible for such costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the bidding process.

The bidder should quote the rate with inclusive of all taxes, Freight, Packing & Forwarding, Insurance, Loading & Unloading etc.

Tenderer must upload the Scanned copy of whole Tender Document with Tenderer Stamp & Signature in all pages without fail. If the Tenderer fails to upload the signed copy of tender document, those tenders will be rejected.

The average financial turnover during the last three consecutive financial years should be 50 lakhs and above.

Bidder should submit Company Registration Certificate, GST, PAN, last three years Profit & Loss A/c and Balance Sheet with CA Certification and IT returns.
