PART-(B) WORK

Survey including preparation of schedule of materials, marking of locations (Route Length), GPS survey of line with co-ordinates of each tower (The length of line shall be aouthenticated by GPS survey)

Cost of excavation of 220KV tower foundation pits including all earth work, backfilling levelling etc (Appendix-II)

Setting of stubs including all foundation work but excluding the cost of concerting and excavation (Rate per location) for following towers

Cost of concreting of all type of tower foundation including cost of cement, dewatering, shoring and shuttering, forming, curring but excluding cost of reinforcement bars

Erection of superstructure of 220KV DC Towers and Anchor tower and their extensions wherever required including all work above ground level excluding hoisting of insulators, hardware & accessories, but including fitting of danger numer, phase plates, bird guard and fixing & punching for 220 KV SC/DC lines

Tack welding of all the bolts up to the height of one section of the tower or 5 meter from ground levvel whichever is higher with three tacks at 1200 seperation of minimum 10 mm thickness with 10mm/12mm electrode & application of Zinc rich Aluminium paint of the affected surface including cost of all material including tack welding of river crossing tower & Anchor towers.

Laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointing etc. of ACSR 'Panther' conductor including hoisting of insulators, fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories i.e. fitting Armor rods, vibration dampers etc., on all three phases of 132 KV SC lines.

Laying, stringing, clamping and jointing including fitting of all necessary Hardware and accessories of OPGW & OFAC termination at S/S end to end.

Grounding work including earthwork etc. for Pipe type grounding including cost of coke & salt

Installation of steel reinforcement bars in R.C.C. foundation including cost of steel reinforcement bars with cutting, bending, placing, binding etc. packing binding etc.

Dismantling of all 3 phase of existing ACSR 'Panther' conductor, all hardware fitting & conductor accessories e.g. armor rod, vd, insulator strings etc. of existing line and re-rolling of dismantled conductor on empty drum for re-use, safety transportation of all removed material to stores.

Safe dismantling of tower.

Dismantling of earlier foundation which includes excavation breaking of foundation up to 02 meter depth with removing of concrete, cutting removing of stub and steel reinforcement, backfilling, levelling and making field suitable for agriculture.

Dismantling/de-hoisting of OPGW between section including dis connection from joint boxes

Transportation of dismantling tower parts/earth wire, insulators, hardware fitting etc. from line unloading & proper stacking to satisfactory level at storage place.
