Supply of Raised Access Floor (chipboard Tile of 600mmX600mm with top finish Laminate with finish floor height of 600mm specification as Under Panel Construction for 40NAL : Panels shall be made up of 38 mm thick Wooden Chip board strengthened by high performance resins. The top surface shall have Anti-static Laminate of 2mm.The bottom of the panel shall be of Aluminum foil to create a fire and humidity barrier and this should provide floor’s electrical continuity properties. Panels will remain flat through and stable unaffected by humidity or fluctuation in temperature throughout its normal working life. The panels should have dimensional & thickness tolerances not exceeding -0.2/+0.2 mm and diagonal tolerance of less than 0.4 mm. Panel shall have density of 650 kg/m³. Panels shall be insulated against heat and noise transfer. Panels shall be 600 x 600mm fully interchangeable with each other within the range of a specified layout. Panels shall rest on the grid formed by the stringers which are based on snap on system with bolted on to the pedestals. The Panels shall confirm to class O and Class 1 Fire Ratings tested as per EN12825 and fire resistance upto 60min and shall be finished with 0.45 mm thick plastic edge material that is self-extinguishing. Pedestal Construction : Pedestal shall be built entirely of Galvanized steel consisting of hexagonal shaped and consisting of gasket made up of special carbon to dissipate static charges.
