Providing on hire basis trusses arrangement on K1 Bus stand to Road No. 2 of 16 feet height by Iron/GI channel, angle, support frame, nuts, bolts, clamp etc. Which are required to complete the work as per direction from 06-01-2026 to 16-01-2026 [28 sets x 12 days]

Supply, delivery and fitting fixing of the following at site including all electrical connection compete and running maintenance of the same during mela period (from 06-01-2026 to 16-01-2026) including dismantling the same after mela supply on hire basis and fitting fixing of 5R 200 / 300W Moving head Beam Light (Sharfy Light) – 7 Nos as per following specification:- Input voltage – AC-90-240V 50/60 Hz Power consumption – 300W Display – LED red / blue dot matrix display or LCD display. Control Protocol- DMX 512 Channel- 16CH Lens- 3 in 1 high precision optical lens Horizontal Scanning-540º (160 bit precision scanning) electron error correction. Vertical Scanning-270º (16 bit precision scanning) electron error correction. Making temporary decorative lighting arrangement by Supply, delivery and fitting fixing at site on hire basis decorative boards size (4ft x 12ft) with different colour LED lamp and design as per direction of the EIC. The board should have power circuit board connected with LED lamp suitable for operating in 230 volt 50Hz AC supply. with controller. The board should be fixed on salbollah/bamboo post structures (heavy) on hire basis from K1 bus stand to Road No. 2 & 1A link road including construction of the foundation complete with all accessories as per direction and upto the entire satisfection of EIC for the period from 06.01.2026 to 16.01.2026

Supply of 2 x 2.5 sq. mm. and 1 x 1.5 sq. mm. PVC insulated single core copper wire for connection of chain light on hire basis

Supply of 2 x 4 sq. mm. and 1 x 2.5 sq. mm. PVC insulated single core copper wire for main circuit line on hire basis

Supply delivery & fitting fixing by necessary arrangement on hire basis different LED par light for decoration of K1 Bus stand to Road no-2 from 06-01-2026 to 16-01-2026 as per direction (damaged materials will have to be replaced by the agency at their own cost
