AIR CONDITIONING Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Air conditioning system to maintain design condition 23 ± 2º C DB and 50 + 5% RH, consisting to 03 Nos 40 TR Each scroll water cooled water machines (2W + 1S), 03 Nos condenser water pump set (2W + 1S), 03 Nos chilled water pump set (2W + 1S), 03 Nos cooling air tower of 50 TR Each (2W + 1S), strip heater of 70 KW, air handiling units, chilled and condensing water piping, air distrubition system, Electric Control panels, cabling, wiring, control wiring and earthing including building management system for automatic operation of AC plant to maintain tempereture and humidity, complete all as specified and directed as per description of item indicated as per Annexure 'A' . NOTE: (a) Contractor / Bidder should submit complete design for the Central AC Plant including duct layout and comprising of heat load calculations, working drawings of complete AC plant supported with design / calculations of each component duly vetted by IIT/NIT through GE/CWE for the approval of Accepting Officer before execution of the work. (b) Contractor/ Bidder will be responsible for perfomance guarantee of complete AC plant to achieve the inside design conditions round the clock throughout the year with overall COP of the system not less than 03. (c) Contractors are advised to visit the site to fomalise with dimension and orientation of building for design of central AC Plant before quoting the tender.

DG SET Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of Diesel engine driven generating set of capacity 160 KVA, 415 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire, with AMF panel having 2 years maintenanc spares with anti-vibration pads/dampers and fixed on PCC foundation as per manufactures's instruction including Note:- PCC foundation shall bee deemed to be included in quoted rate. (a) Diesel Engine:- KOEL Green silent DG Set model No 6K1080TAG1 , water cooled,4 cylinder developing 160 BHP 4 stroke cycles, at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions of BS: 5514. The engine shall be provided with electrical starting arrangement & shall give the electrical output at 0.8 power factor. The engine is complete with (a) Starter motor (b) Battery charging alternator (c) Dry type air cleaner (d) Mico fuel pump (e) A1 class governing (f) Flywheel with flywheel housing (g) Residential silencer (h) First fill of lub oil (j) Engine protectins: Low lube oil pressure & High water temperature with 12 V 180 AH -01 Nos with copper leads and brass terminals complete all as specified . Make- Eicher/Jakson/Kirloskar Green/Greaves Ltd. (b) Alternator :- The alternator shall be self excited self regulated , self ventilated, in bus less design provided with suitable automatic voltage regulator and shall confirm to give rated output at NTP condition 160 KVA ( 128 KW) power factor 0.8 lagging raed generating vooltage 415 volt with voltage regulator + - 1 % all load between no load to full load and power factor 0.8 to unity power factor, frequency 50 HZ RPM 1500, over load capacity 10 % for 1 hour in any 12 Hour operation without exceeding temperature raise limits and bearing long life double bearing one at each etc complete.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cmx 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm as earthing lead by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES Schedule part I with and including excavation & earth work in any type of soil, providing charcoal dust and common salt upto 15 cm above top edge of earth plate, construction of PCC pit in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 with 40 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 reinforced with 8 mm dia MS deformed bars @ 100mm center to center both ways watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and watering pipe of 20mm dia GI light grade and 40mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Taking down carefully Split Air Conditioning capacity 2 TR after pump down the refrigerent gas in the compressor unit and opening all electrical connections and refrigerent pipe lines from inside evaporator unit and outer condeser unit very carefully without damaiging any thing including stablizer units and transporting them to MES store for reuse at other place as directed

S & F surface/ wall mounted powder coated energy efficient, LED tubelight fittings 1 x 20 watts, 220 V 4' LED batten, with all accessories complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing of MCB SPN DB 4 way made of sheet steel phos phatised, powder painted with bus bar, neutral link, earth bar and Din rail ,230 Volts with Double door complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing of MCB SPN DB 8 way made of sheet steel phos phatised, powder painted with bus bar, neutral link, earth bar and Din rail ,230 Volts with Double door complete all as directed.

Supply fixing, connection and testing MCB SPN 240 Volts, 'C' series, breaking capacity 10 KA of rating 6-32Amps complete all as directed.

Supply fixing, connection and testing MCB SP 6-32 Amps complete all as directed.

ADDN/ ALTN S&F aluminum anodised single leaf door including framed, chokwat, shutter fixed with stainless steel 100mm butt hinges (3 Nos of each leaf) shuter be fixed with 5.5mm thick pin headed glass (in top and bottom panels) including necessary aluminium anodise handles, tower bolts and look etc using aluminium section for door frame of 65mm x 40mmx1.5 mm for shutter frame stiles of 48 mm x46mmx1.5mm, top rail, look rail and floor spring of 48 mmx46mmx1.5mm and bottom rail of 100mmx44mmx1.5mm complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply and fix valves, sluice, flanged of class 1.6 PN, 80 mm (3") dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix valve, stop, screwed, 25 mm (1") dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY. M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Platform of size 3 x 3 x 1.5 Mtr for mounting base of Transformer including necessary formwork complete all as directed

Suppy installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type floor mounting size not less than 2.5x 1.5x0.5 mtr polycarbonate CPRI approved OEM made LT panel suitable for shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES which should be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 62262 , clause 10.2.4. The panel should be anti-acid & anti-corrosive. Degree of protection against mechanical load should be IK08(5 joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacturer of board/panel shall submit a copy of CPRI test report in polycarbonate of degree of ingress protection IP65 in accordance with IEC 60529. The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The manufacturer of board/panel shall submit a copy of TYPE TEST REPORT of a board made out of Polycabonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1. The CPRI report have mentioned of following tests performed and passed out satisfactory , Temperature rise , Dielectric properties, short circuit withstand current - Rated peak & short time withstand current and Rated conditional short circuit current, Effectiveness of protective circuits. The board manufacturer must submit the copy of type test reports for polycarbonate Thermoplastic board only. Test reports submitted of other material of construction like MS,SS will not be applicable.Type test report of a board member LT panle board CPRI of size 2.5 x 1.50 x 0.5 mtr suitable for 3 phase 415 volts of suitable size out door made out 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm cubical type complete with aluminium bus bar 800 Amp to accomodated to the following:
