Demolition of concrete block masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for factory made precast cement block masonry with solid blocks made of Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) exceeding 10cm width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: Shankar Saw Mills/Sangam Prefeb Products or equivalent make as approved by GE.

M&L for factory made precast cement block masonry with solid blocks obtained from demolition under Item No. 1 above, exceeding 10cm width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished fair and even including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone masonry surfaces of walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: LOVELYCEM/ SURYACEM/ JANATHACEM / LUCKYCEM or equivalent make as approved by GE.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drains including all necessary form work and forming fair finished drain or channel of any girth, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc., including demolition of existing concrete and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base and finishing even and rough to receive toping layer including demolition of existing concrete and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete chequered tiles 300 x300x 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surfaces as in floors over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of existing tiles and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed. Make: NITCO/DECO/BHARAT or equivalent as approved by GE.

M & L Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggreagate as in cover slabs set in cement mortar 1:6 including all necessary form work and finishing exposed surfaces of concrete even and smooth with out using extra cement including demolition of existing cover slabs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel deformed TMT bars 8 mm dia as in reinforcement to concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over as in handles and rungs of manholes, cut to length, bent to shape required, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered andgles, finishing of exposed surfaces of concrete to even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for 75mm dia PVC(SWR) pipe(4.50 KGF) for weep holes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: PRINCE/ SUDHAKAR/ NANDI/ FINOLEX/ SWASTIK

M&L for flush pointing to precast block masonary surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches ,n.exe 1.5m wide and n.exe 1.5m deep for foundation, laying of pipes etc., or for shafts, wells, cesspits , manholes etc., n.exe 10 sqm on plan and n. exe 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in laying not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exe 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exe 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

M&L for 100mm dia cast iron (Sand cast) soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors including taking out existing pipes complete all as directed by Engineer - in -Charge. Cleaning of sewage lines of dia 150/160 mm by rodding manually or mechanical means and taking out sludge, rigid soil through manholes and removing same to a distance not exceeding 50m dumped in low laying area and covering with earth and 2cm thick lime over filled earth and sprinkling bleaching powder complete all as directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

Cleaning the septic tanks and manholes of any size by dewatering all the water, taking out sludge, rigid soil and shifting / removing same to a distance not exceeding 100m dumped in low laying area or by digging pit as per site condition and covering with earth and 2cm thick lime over filled earth and sprinkling bleaching powder, flushing the septic tanks/manholes with clean water in order to remove all slaked mud sludge tec cleaning the tanks with bleaching powder solution and surface dressing all around the septic tank/manholes to a distance not exc 3 mtr complete all as directed by Engineer - in -Charge. Notes: - (i) All precautions to be taken while working in foul condition. Filled up portion of sludge only shall be measured.

Excavation in post holes (for similar holes) each n.exc 0.5cum, getting out, in PCC and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, incl securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., including dismantling old rusted barbed wire any type all as specified and directed.

S&F MS galvanised chain link fencing fixed to any type of standards, rails, posts, straining bolts etc., including provision of binding wire including dismantling of old fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Fe-290 Gde E-165 mild steel angle or other sections as in posts and struts in fencing etc., and similar work including cutting tops to shape as directed,drilling holes, notching for wire, including all necessary drilling holes for bolting or riveting, etc., including dismantling existing fencing posts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel machine made screw bolts not exceeding 5cm long 11 to 15 mm (diameter of neck) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, screwed end fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5 cm long all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel bar round bars 6 to 8 mm dia in fencing, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding etc. conforming to grade I, IS-432 (Part I) all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
