Dismantling floor of BTS prefab made up of UPVC foam,Wood etsc and stacking at 50 meter lead as per direction of engineer in charge.

Extra for concrete work in superstructure above floor V level for each four floors or part thereof by mechanical means.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing carbon steel galvanised ( minimum coating 5 micron) dash fastener of 10 mm dia double threaded 6.8 grade (yield strength 480 N/mm2), counter sunk head, comprising of 10 mm dia polyamide PA 6 grade sleeve, including drilling of hole in frame , concrete/ masonry, etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Providing and fixing MS plate , gusset plate jointed to angle iron / GI pipe and steel work in builtup and welded section .for stay including cutting, hoisting, provision of required size holes, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved quality steel primer all complete.up to twelth floor.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and fixing Pre-laminated flat pressed 3 layer (medium density) particle board or graded wood particle board IS : 3087 marked, with one side decorative and other side balancing lamination Grade I, Type II exterior grade IS : 12823 marked, in shelves, floor, wall with screws and fittings wherever required, edges to be painted with polyurethane primer (fittings to be paid separately).

Providing and fixing antistatic flooring of 2 mm thick of standard make with ISI mark adhesive including fixing of copper strips 1.50 mm thick and brass plates with brass screws at one end of the room ,the continuty of the coper strip have to be available floor so as to make the whole floor area compete earth all complete as per direction of engineer incharge.
