Repair/Renovation to the main gate of MHED Complex by way of Dismantling of Old Gate and Providing and Fitting of New gate along with ACP Cladding and other allied Works

Dismantling of sign board installed on top of pillars of main gate of MHED including gate by employing men and machinery and stacking it at proper place. The job further includes demolishing of RCC pillars and curved wall and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters. Site Preparation Earthwork in excavation of size 3’-0”x3’-0”x3’-6” by manual means over area for leveling purpose including disposal of excavated earth up to 50m from cutting edge and should be disposed in near-by all kind of soil including for laying of ISMB 200 for sliding of gate

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) Foundation for columns Total = 0.25m3

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns Area Total=0.56 m2

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) Foundation for columns Total = 1.53 m3

Stone tile work for wall lining upto 10m height with special adhesive like araldite or equivalent over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1: 3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement with an admixture ofpigment to match the stone shade. Granite stone of any colour and shade Area Total=0.56 m2

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including two coats of enamel paint of approved brand and color as per Engineer in charge: Gate Outer Frame(96x48x4mm) InnerFrame(60x40x2.9mm) Bracing(40x40x2.60mm) MS Plate of size 6mm Gate Column 150x150x4mm ISMB 200X100mm for sliding of Gate Frame for Cladding(40x40x3.2mm) Anglen40x40x5mm Heavy duty roller Total Weight =2102.7 kgs

Providing and fixing 3mm thick ACP(Aluniniun Composite Panels of make , shade and finish approved by Engineer in charge on fabricated MS Structure/framework including cutting , routing, grooving, bending and fixing with approved cleats,SS fastener, structural silicone sealant double sided tape and necessary accessories. The work shall include edge trims, corner profiles, joint treatment, sealing, flashing, and Finishing too achieve a uniform appearance. Complete in all respects as per Drawing and Direction of the Engineer in-Charge. The complete job includes material cost tool and tackles, labour cost and taxes. Gate Column Top Wall Total=74.63m2

Providing, fabricating and fixing mirror/matt finish Grade 304 Stainless Steel Letter of size not less than 10” and depth not less than 1”, complete with internal stiffeners, studs, spacers, templates and fixing accessories. The matter to be written as “MECHANICAL & HOSPITAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT JAMMU” .The letters shall be fixed on wall/cladding surface using SS studs, chemical, fasteners, adhesive or as approved, including cutting, polishing, transportation, installation and all incidental works complete as per approved drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
