Taking down old unserviceable HT cable any type any make and Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning HT XLPE cable, 11000 volts (earthed), insulated, screened, sound compacted aluminium conductor, screening with extruded semi conducting layers, insulation screening with copper tape covers laid up with PVC (ST-2), extruded inner sheathed GI strip armoured PVC (ST-2) out sheathed, ISI marked with IS-7098 Part II with amendment, size 95 Sqmm, 3 core, laid in trenches /pipes /ducts /along poles/ walls/ equipment etc including taking down of old cables complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Payment for excavation & earth work, riddled soil, protection pipes, end termination joints & protection covers shall be made for separately.

Taking down old unserviceable LT cable any type any make and Supply, laying and connecting, LT UG cable XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/on poles/walls/in ducts/passing through pipes etc including jointing materials such as cable glands, lugs etc of size 240 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Epoxy cable Joints shall be measured and paid separately

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting in hard/dense soil for laying of cables/ for erection of poles/ for stay assembly etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread clean Riddled soil in trenches for cushioning of cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned down thickness only shall be measured for the purpose of payment.

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV , Type-I flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm laid dry in treches over under ground cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , class HV , Type I flat size 300 x 180 x 40 mm laid dry in treches over under ground cables complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cable jointing Kit in replacement for 11KV grade cable for outdoor end termination, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminum conductor cable of size 50 to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for feeder pillars box out door type double door type with locking arrangements made out of MS sheet (CRCA) of thickness not less than 3.15 mm, of size 150 x 65 x 90 cm with copper bus bar strip 3 Nos of size 100 cm in length, 4 cm in width and 6 mm in thickness suitable for 11000 volt grade mounted on HT porcelain insulator, front opening door having two leaf braced with hinged, mounted on 4 Nos angle iron 100 x 100 mm x 8 mm, 90 cm long duly welded with box and grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates block of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 15 cm ,top of box shall be of MS sheet duly bent in slope, tapper with projection of 20 mm on all side, weather / vermin proof with high quality of rubber beeding on panel door, cable entry arrangements at bottom includes earthing terminals 2 Nos at both side duly painted with red stove enamelled paint 2 coat over a primer coat after taking down/out feeder box as existing at site complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement for heat shrinkable end joint for LT XLPE UG cables suitable for cable of size 240 Sqmm 3.5 core aluminium complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement for feeder pillers box factory made -out door type made out of MS sheet (CRCA) of thickness not less that 3 mm. of size 75 x 75 x 45 cm with aluminium bus bar strip 4 Nos of 100 Amps rated suitable for 1100 volt (LT) mounted on LT porcelain insulator front opening door two leaf braced with hinged, mounted on 4 Nos of angle iron 50x50 mm duly welded with box and grouted in PCC block of size 30cmx30cmx 15cm in concrete 1: 3 : 6. M & L in replacement for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcol dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connected by galvanised iron strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers connected to test termination point protected by 40mm bore GI pipe light grade and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 including exluvation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) The unit rate shall include for GI water pipe, protection pipe wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC, test point, G I strip 32 X 6 mm from top of earth plate upto 5 mtr. (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 1.5m away from the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fixing junction, Elbows etc. shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) RCC pit cover shall be percast of RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/Sqm in liue of cast iron cover.

S&F steel tubular electric pole, swaged type, welded (11 metre long 410 SP - 55) complete with CI base plate, bolts, nuts & screws all as specified including-painting of pole externally with one coats of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block/ concrete collar with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces including painting of 30 cm wide blue bands 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint in alternate layers upto the height of 1.5 Mtr above plinth block and taking down the old damaged pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 80 mm dia bore tubes, 'light grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls/ poles or laid in trenches/ floors for cable protection incl taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Lightening Arrester expulsion type complete with all fittings, 10KA, with all fittings,transmission class,max discharge capacity 65 KA suitable for 11 KV incuding dismantling and taking out existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing Cross Arms, Bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as inclusive of one primer coat. One under coat and one finishing coat of paint incuding dismantling and taking out existing unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for jumper connections between GOD and drop out fuses and transformer with ACSR conductor 6/3.35mm (rabbit) 2 to 3.5 meter long including necessary lugs where ever required all as directed after removing the old jumper connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of HT 11 KV out door gang operated air break switch complete suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type, triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on 12 insulators complete including steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 200 Amps, connected accessories required such as Lugs, jumpers, nut bolts washers etc and taking down old un-serviceable one complete and shifted to MES Store yard for further disposal complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for shifting of RMU any type any make from 96 Qtrs Sub Stn to Main Receiving station with suitable crane and fixing on suitable plinth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick platform of size 2.5m x 2.5 m x 1.5 m and upto depth of 1.0 meter below ground in cement mortar 1:6 with PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, 20 cm thick coping over brick work, plastering to exposed surfaces of brick work with cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.
