Survey including preparation of schedule of materials, marking of locations (Route length),GPS Survey of line with co-ordinates of each tower(The length of line shall be authenticated by GPS Survey)

Cost of excavation of 132 KV tower foundation pits including all earth work,backfilling, levelling etc.
Setting of stubs including all foundation work but excluding the cost of concerting and excavation (Rate per location) for following towers :
132 KV DC/DE
Cost of concreting for all types of tower foundation including cost of cement,dewatering,shoring and shuttering,forming,curing but excluding cost of reinforcement bars
1:2:4 concreting
Erection of Superstructure of 132KV Towers and Anchor tower and their extensions wherever required including all work above ground level excluding hoisting of insulators, hardware & accessories, but including fitting of danger number, phase plates, bird guard and fixing & punching for 132KV SC/DC lines
Tack welding of all the bolts up to the height of one section of the tower or 5 meter from ground level whichever is higher with three tacks at 1200seperatiion of minimum 10 mm thickness with 10mm/12 mm electrode & application of Zinc rich Aluminium paint on the affected surface including cost of all material including tack welding of River Crossing tower & Anchor towers.
Laying, stringing, tensioning clamping, jointing etc of ACSR ‘Panther’ conductor including hoisting of insulators , fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories i.e. fittings Armour rods, vibration dampers etc.on 02 phases of 132KV Railway TSS lines
Laying, stringing, tensioning clamping, jointing etc of ACSR ‘Panther’conductor including hoisting of insulators , fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories i.e. fittings Armour rods, vibration dampers etc.on all Six phases of 132 KV DC lines

Resagging of 132 KV exisitng line from section to section wise work include de-stringing, de-clamping , de hositing using roller at suspension tower. work also includes Re-marking, Re-tensioning re-clamping, re-jointing etc of ACSR ‘Panther’ conductor including hoisting of insulators, fitting i.e. fittings Armour rods, vibration dampers etc. and all necessary hardware and accessories on two phases of 132 KV DC lines (four conductor)
Dismantling of Superstructure of 132KV Towers and Anchor tower and their extensions wherever required including all work above ground level excluding de hoisting of insulators, hardware & accessories, but including dismantling of danger number, phase plates, bird guard and fixing & punching for 132KV SC/DC lines. work include shifting of all material (tower part & Nut bolt) from site to designated place and proper stacking of its as directed by supervising engineer
Dismantling of exisiting foundation for all types of tower with the help of all special T&P. work includes braking of RCC ,chimney foundation and removal of stub, debris and soil and then levling of soil as ground level as per direction of supervising engineer
Dismantling of all 4 phases of existing ACSR Panther conductor of Railway TSS line , all Hardware fittings & conductor accessories e.g. armour rod, vibration dampers, insulator strings etc. of existing line and re-rolling of dismantled conductor on empty drums for re-use, safely transportation of all removed material to UPPTCL stores
