PROVIDING INSTALLATION AND TESTING OF FIRE HYDRANT ON SUPPLY SUB MAIN WATER PIPELINES AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN SRINAGAR CITY

Providing of fire hydrant valves (underground) of reputed make comprising of below mentioned specification: 63mm Single / Double outlet landing Valve as per IS:5290 type A, ISI marked, having 75mm NB inlet and 63mm female Instantaneous Outlet made of Gunmetal IS:318 LTB Inlet: Flanged Outlet: Generally female instantaneous Size : 63mm (The item also includes) i. Providing of Heavy Duty MS Pipe of 80mm / 65mm Dia (as per requirement at site) of required length up to nearest supply line/hydrant valve. ii. Providing and fixing of 80 /65mm dia M.S flanges with the electric arc welding including required washers, nuts and bolts, etc. iii. Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil including Macadam etc, disposal of excavated earth as per the directions of Engineer In-charge earth to be leveled and neatly dressed. iv. Making connections for connecting the fire hydrant valves to the sub main pipelines by way of providing / fixing of M.S / G.I. fittings, duck foot bends or any other necessary fitting required for keeping the fire hydrant functional including all labour, welding, Genset, Fuel charges and carriages up to site of work. v. Providing of M.S Surface chambers of 1M X 1M X 1M or as per requirement at site including locking arrangement made out of 10mm thick MS Plate around and above the fire hydrant valves as per directions of Engineer In-charge vi. Providing & laying of Cement concrete base of 1: 2: 4(1 Cement: 2coarse sand: 4 Stone aggregate 20mm N.S.) Mix for the surface box including fixing of Box with Cement Concrete of same Mix. This item is inclusive of all types of carriage, taxes, levies, one year operation and maintenance & Clearance of site that i.e. disposal of excavated earth etc. as per directions of Engineer In-Charge.

Providing of Heavy Duty MS Pipe of 80 / 65mm Dia (AS per requirement at site) of required length upto nearest supply line/hydrant valve. ii. Providing and fixing of 80 / 65mm dia M.S flanges with the electric arc welding including required washers, nuts and bolts, etc. iii.
