Collection of MS pipes of 8”, 6" and 4 " dia, Jetting hose, from Regional store/Jagannath store , including loading and unloading and to stock at kaniha OCP, transportation by dept truck.

Handling and stacking of pipe after flange welding at site store and to site.

Realignment of the motor/ engine with pump as per requirement.

Dismantling of upper casing and lower casing for repairing of the pumps and alignment on pontoon.

Providing of drum ( make steel, dia- 600 mm, height -900 mm, minimum thickness- 1 mm) along with erection /lifting/cleaning of the steel drum into the steel structure for fabrication of new 05 nos of 6 drum steel barge /pontoon) i.e ( new 05 nos of 6 drum steel barge /pontoon, 01 no 100 drum steel barge , 09 nos. of 60 drum steel barge, 06 nos. of 10 drum steel barge & 05 nos. 6 drum steel barges).

Loading and transportation and erection of the enclosure on the pontoon for protection of the engine and pump set.

Disassembling of the steel structure by cutting and grinding using gas cutter for removal of the old drum for repairing (For Repairing of 09 nos. of 60 drum pontoon,06 nos. of 10 drum pontoon, 05 nos. of 6 drum pontoon).

Disassembling of damage perforated drums and erection of new drums- for repairing (For Repairing of 09 nos. of 60 drum pontoon,06 nos. of 10 drum pontoon, 05 nos. of 6 drum pontoon).

Fabrication and erection of old steel structure for repairing (For Repairing of 09 nos. of 60 drum pontoon,06 nos. of 10 drum pontoon, 05 nos. of 6 drum pontoon).

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up section, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete (For Repairing of 09 nos. of 60 drum pontoon,06 nos. of 10 drum pontoon, 05 nos. of 6 drum pontoon and 05 nos. new 6 drum pontoon).

Painting with synthetic paint with approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade: (New Pontoons and repaired pontoon).

Excavation trenches of required width for pipes, cables etc including excavation for sockets and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc., and disposing of surplus excavated soil as required within lead of 50 mtrs pipe exceeding 80mm not exceeding 300mm dia.

Making of 4" dia bend including flange welding.

Making of 4" dia Tee including flange Welding.

Making of 4" dia short piece pipes by gas cutting and welding.

Laying and adding of 4” dia Pipeline including earth cutting, surface leveling, heap cutting & Alignment as and when required.

Rubber Insertion for 100 mm dia pipe joint.

Dismantling of 4 ” DIA MS pipeline and stacking aside as and when required.

Cleaning checking of nozzle, rotation of sprinkler and other miscellaneous work of maintenance for smooth running of sprinkler installed in the railway siding of the mine.

Making of 10" dia bend including flange welding.

Making of 10" dia Tee including flange Welding.

Making of 10" dia reducer including flange Welding.

Spare tyre of coupling size F-180.

Spare tyre coupling Size F-140.

2.5 inch ball Valve.
