Supply & fixing of water proofing on the RCC top, bottom and side wall of water body, drain channel, sump and balancing tank as well. Water proofing to be done with polyurethane elastomeric treatment. The first part consist of all surface area should cleaned up to visible of hair cracks/aggregate texture. Cleaning of RCC member should be done by hacking tool, wire brush, wire grinder & air blower etc. Open cracks & construction joint should be sealed with cement mortar with additive. All clean & treated area should be tested for water tightness by water ponding test. All wet spot & water leakage area should mark for treatment and treated before application of waterproofing The second part consisting of providing and applying high performance, low odour, two component 100% solid root resistant cold applied polyurethane elastomeric (PU) waterproof membrane over uniform surface of slab. Apply in tow coats to achieve DFT of 1.5 mm. PU should have following minimum properties:- (a) Solid by volume > 90% (b) Elongation>=400% (ASTM D 412) (c) Tensile Strength >=4N/mm2(ASTMD 412).

Supply & fix rectangular 20 x 10mm acrylic swellable sealing profile (Bentonite free) using single component polyurethane based hydrophilic swelling adhesive on construction joints having following specifications. (i)The swellable profile must produce swelling pressure < 15 bar after 3 days stored in tap water and swelling capacity of ~ 100 % in de-mineralized water after 3 days and ~ 200 % in demineralized water after 14 days.
