Wiring for light/fan point/exhaust fan point/call bell point with 1.5sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S box and earthing the point with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit alongwith 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 A ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connections etc. as required.

Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/ Isolator)

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of steel conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including painting in case of surface conduit, or cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 5/6 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.

Supplying of Exhaust Fan 200mm Sweep ( Non-Mettalic Type) with all accessories etc as required. Make: Havells, Model: Ventil Air-DX White or its Equivalent to ISI as approved by EIC.

Supplying of Exhaust Fan 300mm Sweep (Mettalic Type) having bird protection jally etc as required. Make: Havells, Model: Ventil Air-DB or its Equivalent (must have Bird Protection Jally) to ISI as approved by EIC.

Supplying and fixing 20 A, 240 V, SPN polycarbonate Modular AC box with 20 Amps SP MCB enclosure and heavy duty ISI plug top (white) complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying, Installation, testing and Commissioning of 02 Ton capacity 5 star (as per 2022 BEE star rating) inverter type High wall mounted split type Air Conditioner (1 phase 220 Volt) with maximun cooling capacity of atleast 7000 Watts Make: HITACHI KIYORA 5100X INVERTER - R410A- RMRG524HEEA or of equivalent cooling capacity in BLUE STAR/MITSUBISHI/ DAIKIN with copper codenser coil and rotary compressor i/c providing standard length of refrigerant copper pipe kit, cutting, drilling holes on the wall for passing gas pipes, fixing suitable size PVC pipe on the wall through the holes and cementing, painting to give an even look and smooth finish, wrapping PVC non adhesive white tape over insulation of gas pipe etc. as required and as per the direction of EIC.
