M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces (350 X 250X7mm ) / (450x350x7mm) /(300x200x7) thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the surface over rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) , for dado/skirting tiles.complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 and nexc .11 sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigments to match the 15mm thick screed bed with CM (1:6) laying floor tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of un reinforced cement concret as in ground floor of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for and Removing demolished material to a distance and depositing out site of MoD land Where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
