(b) Clean the sunken portion of toilet / Bath / WC / Kitchen throughly to remove laitance, dirt dust, etc. (c) Form angle fillet of size 40mm x 40mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar ("Dr Fixit"Pidicrete URP" or equivalent as given in Appx 'C'.). (d) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with "Dr Fixit Bathseal Tape"or equivalent as given in Appx 'C' and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout "Dr Fixit Bathseal Grout" or equivalent as given in Appx 'C'. Nahani Traps, etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grouted in the same manner. Repairing the leaking deteriorated and torn out chajjas and parapet walls by removing all the lose material from the top of the chajja be means of light hammering and chiselling to remove loose concrete cover only and Clean all loose particles by high pressure jet water so that all surfaces should be sound, clean and free of contamination followed by application two coats of polymerised cementitious coat like Pidilite's Pidifin 2k or equivalent, while second coat is wet apply a 10mm dash coat of CM plaster with the waterproofing compound Make : Dr.fixit or equivalent as approved by GE, completing the repair work by final finishing and providing with proper slope of 15 mm thick rendering cement mortar(1:4) including supply and mixing of waterproofing compound as per manufacturers instructions finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Wall paper -Wall coverings fixed in repairs made from vinyl (PVF), coated with plastic; rustic metalic/ natural finish/ cork & mica finish/ wall texture finish; colour fast and washable with dust repellent property. as per approved sample including surface preparation and application all as per manufacturers standards. complete all as specified and as directed.

PLEATED pleased blinds fixed in repairs made out of polyester fabric with aluminium coating at its back. Pleats of one inch with segments at the interval of not exc 100mm top and bottom channels made of aluminium in matching colors, cord lock and pulleys made of brass. design and type as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.
