Annual maintainece cotract (AMC) for Medical Air Compressor (Make :-ATLAS COPCO Type GA-11 MED) With Duplex dryer system installed in plant room with complete Pneumatic Pipe installed in the college covering all Dental Chair outlets with control valve.The AMC Shall include all parts required to maintian the system in working conditions except consumables. The contractor shall provide quotations for consumables to used during the period of CMC from the original manufacturer for approval and supply of the same. Changing of spare parts during the CMC period shall be covered under the scope of CMC and no extra cost for the same shall be paid.During the period of AMC the contractor shall be responsible for attending all the complaints regarding breakdown or irregular operation of the system within 24 hours of telephonic report of the complaint.The spares changed during the AMC period for which no extra amount other than amount for AMC will be paid. List of consumables which is not covered under the CMC is attached along with this BOQ and no part other than that in the list will be considered as covered under the AMC. This AMC should include unlimited break down visits as and when required in a year to keep the equipment in proper and safe operating condition to the best satifaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
