Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end

Tenderer has to upload all qualifying documents as mentioned in tender documents and also should upload dully filled and signed tender form with seal and signature ( technical part )

The bidders agrees and abides for all the terms and conditions specification in the tender document laid down by the CHIMUL

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The tenderer should be a Manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the materials / equipment(s) similar to the type specified in the schedule of requirements up to at least 80% of the quantity required during last 3 years.

For Authorised Dealer/ Supplier the supply quantity is upto 30% of the total tender quantity during last 3 years

Tenderer should have minimum 30MT production plant per day. Capacity details to be declared with valid document proof, if any false information found at the time of scrutiny of the tender who do not satisfy any / all the terms & conditions shall not be considered eligible and commercial bid shall not be opened

Tenderer Turnover should have minimum Rs.75 lakhs in any one of the last 3 years and for which relevant documents of last 3 years P&L document duly signed and declared by charted account has to be submitted
