Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material like natural sand crushed gravel or crushed stone having CBR >30, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator or plant mix method at OMC, and compacting with vibratory rollers of 80 to 100 kN static weight to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401 of Specification. Water Bound Macadam. Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggragate of specifc sizes to water bound macadam specifications including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 T in stages to proper grade and camber , applying and brooming requisite type of screenings / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of specifications. ( B ) By mechanical means, Grading I ( 63 mm to 45 mm ) using type B screenings ( 13.2 mm ). ( Note : for one 1.00 cum of compacted thickness contractor have to supply following materials 63 mm to 45 mm aggregate = 1.21 cum screenings 13.20 mm = 0.24 cum stone dust = 0.08 cum ).

Providing and laying surface dressing as wearing course in single coat using crushed stone aggregates of specified size on a layer of bituminous binder laid on prepared surface and rolling with 8-10 tonne smooth wheeled steel roller all complete as per clause 509 of specification with 19 mm nominal chipping size & bitumen @1.2kg per sqm.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8- 10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing as per clause 601 of specification complete in all respect.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement M-30 grade concrete over a prepared sub base with cement , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing as per IRC 15 2011 and as per relevant clauses of section 602 of specifications complete but including cost of steel in dowel bar and tie rods etc.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m.( All kinds of soil )

Supplying and filling in plinth with local sand under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge.
