Repairing of 63 KVA H.T Transformer at Water Supply Scheme Tawheedabad under M and R.

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 63 KVA H.T Transformer, to & fro journey, using appropriate means of transport as under: Private car, auto-rickshaw or similar with 1.0 km lead.

Extra per kilometer for lead >1.0 kms upto 5.0 kms.

Extra per kilometer for lead >5.0 kms upto 10.0 kms.

Extra per kilometer for lead >10.0 kms upto 20.0 kms.

Extra per kilometer for lead >20.0 kms upto 30.0 kms.

Dismantling of 11/0.4 kv transformer by way of disconnecting of all HT & LT connections, opening of top lid, draining out of T.oil and its safe placement for further refilling, taking out of coils after removal of core assembly, etc. job also includes detaching of core HV/LV coils for 63 kva H.T Transformer.

Complete assembling of 11/0.4 kv transformer after cleaning of tank fitting of coil assembly in the tank, job further includes closing of the transformer lid by way of fitting of existing nuts/bolts and gasket, insulators etc. refilling of T-oil upto required level in tank, reconnecting of HT/LT Connections and testing.

Providing and fitting of finished new aluminium wire windings with insulation in place of damaged windings including labour costs, etc., (Both HV & LV) - per kg of winding.

Providing and filling of transformer oil conforming to IS 335 (Preferred make: Power oil/ Indian Oil Servo/ HPCL) inclusive of all logistics /transprtation and labour.

Filtration of existing/reclaimed T-oil on site at suitable temperature (inclusive of all logistics and charges for filtration plant, etc). (Process loss maximum of 5% allowed).

Impregnation/ heat treatment of winding assembly of 3-phase, 415±15% volt by way of keeping it in an electric oven for about 24 hours and at appropriate temperature for 63 KVA H.T Transformer.
