The contractor shall obtain prior permission from concerned statutory authorities as necessary for sourcing of earth required for filling as mentioned above and pay royalty etc., as applicable for the same. Copies of receipt of royalty paid by the contractor should be submitted to HPCL/ MECON for their record before bringing the material to site.
